The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, the second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom features a twin-size bed. All bedrooms are equipped with their own TV, providing entertainment and comfort for everyone. Two bathrooms, each equipped with a shower and toilet, ensure convenience and ease during your stay. Spanning 1,485 sq. ft., this spacious home invites you to embrace the Florida lifestyle. The living room is equipped with a Playstation 4 with various games as well as board games and many games for young and old - an experience for you and your family to start a perfect vacation. Those who enjoy reading will not be disappointed; German and English books are available for relaxing moments. The generously designed open kitchen impresses with modern equipment. Everything is state-of-the-art and of first-class quality, so you won't miss anything. A high chair and baby bed for the little ones are available free of charge.

The outdoor area extends almost the entire width of the house and is fenced off with a pool screen. The electrically heated saltwater pool (no chlorine smell & particularly skin-friendly) invites you to relax and unwind. The pool is south facing and the covered seating area with a gas grill is ideal for sociable barbecue evenings. A total of 4 comfortable sun loungers are also available.

We provide our guests with a small starter pack when they move in. However, we expressly point out that we generally do not provide garbage bags, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, kitchen roll, soap or similar consumables, for the duration of the stay.

Smoking is not permitted in this villa.
