The home comes fully stocked with all the linens you will need during your stay. Pool towels included. The home is decorated with a modern, coastal feel. The open, bright and airy floor plan is really welcoming and will make you want to come back year after year. The kitchen comes with everything you might need to prepare your own home cooked meal. Stainless appliances, a blender, toaster, coffee machine, etc. Many guests choose to enjoy outdoor meals on our large propane grill.Outdoors you will find a pool with the option to heat for an additional fee. Parking only allowed for 1 trailer in the yard per KCB ordinance. Additional parking is available for a small weekly cost nearby. The downstairs includes a bar with 6 chairs as well as 2 refrigerators. There is a fish cleaning station on property as well as a bait freezer.
