When you book at The Clarence, you will enjoy exclusive access to the entire property whether you are an intimate party of 2 or a larger group.

We can accommodate up to 18 guests in the following accommodation:

The Homestead:
1 King bed, TV, ceiling fan - sleeps 2.

Servicing the studio and bell tent as well, The Homestead kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials, including a Nespresso coffee machine, while embracing the simplicity of solar-powered living. There is no conventional oven or stovetop, however the premium BBQ on the deck doubles as both, giving you everything you need to prepare a relaxed meal outdoors.

The comfortable loungeroom allows you to settle on the couch beside the cosy wood-fired heater or, curl up with a good book and simply enjoy the slower pace of off-grid living.

Flowing seamlessly from the kitchen, dining and living areas, the spacious timber deck provides the perfect place to unwind, with comfortable lounge seating, beanbags and a European Oak and steel outdoor dining table overlooking the magnificent Clarence River.

The eco-conscious bathroom features a refreshing rainwater-fed shower with hot and cold water, allowing you to enjoy modern comforts while still treading lightly on the environment.

The Studio:
1 Queen bed, 1 King Single bed with pull-out trundle bed and ceiling fan - sleeps 4.

The Bell Tent:
2 Queen bed mattresses - sleeps 4.

The Pavilion:
2 Queen bedrooms and 2 twin king single bedrooms - sleeps 8.

Just like The Homestead, The Pavilion is beautifully positioned to take in the expansive and breathtaking views of The Clarence River and is ideal for those larger families or group of friends. Thoughtfully designed and appointed with modern fixtures and comfortable furnishings, it features a kitchen with carefully chosen essentials, a comfortable loungeroom, contemporary bathroom, both indoor and outdoor dining areas and an expansive deck overlooking the river, creating a welcoming space to gather, cook, and unwind all whilst enjoying amazing views and complete serenity.

No matter your accommodation type, all of our beds at The Clarence are beautifully styled with luxurious linen, ensuring 5-star comfort in the middle of the bush.

Pet Policy:
We welcome up to 2 furry family members. A fee of $50 applies per pet to cover extra cleaning. This fee will be requested separately after booking. Please inform us in advance if you will be bringing pets.

With the beautiful Clarence River at our doorstep, and the surrounding bushland, guests may enjoy:

* The Golf Deck - we do provide a small basket of balls for guests, however, if you plan on hitting a few, please feel free to bring along some of your own as well - balls often travel far into or over the other side of the riverbank!

* Simply relax and listen to the abundant birdlife that surrounds you, admire 35m Flooded Gums, Iron barks, and Tallowwoods, all whilst soaking in the serenity of your surroundings

* Sit around the outdoor fire pit on rustic seating - perfect for cosy evenings spent under the star and far from the pollution of city lights
