It's time for you to come experience Barefoot Resort - located in beautiful North Myrtle Beach, SC!



Our townhouse is comfortably and completely furnished with many of the luxuries of home! Each stay includes towels, linens and a complimentary starter set of toilet paper, shampoo, and conditioner, however, we encourage guests to bring additional supplies. The unit is perfect for a couple or small family beach retreat.



Parking: Private driveway - 2 vehicle max.



Entry: ***Stairs are present within the townhouse.*** Self check-in with keypad.



Kitchen: Stocked with many amenities. Coffee maker.



Living Area: Plenty of seating. TV. .



Bedroom 1: King bed. Spacious. TV.



Bedroom 2: King bed.



Bedroom 3: King bed.



Bedroom 4: Queen bed.



Bathrooms: Three and a half bathrooms.



Pool: North Tower Pool access. Take a drive or walk up to the front of Barefoot Landing for the amazing large salt water pool. In addition, there is a hot tub.



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.



Amenities: HOA owned and operated. Operation hours vary based on the seasonal conditions.



Laundry: Private in-unit machines.



Guest Access:

Guests will have the townhouse to themselves (other than private owner closet).

The unit is located in Barefoot Golf Resort - situated in a highly desired section of North Myrtle Beach, SC.



- Myrtle Beach International Airport is about 20 miles

- Barefoot Landing is about 1.2 miles

- Tanger Outlets Myrtle Beach Hwy 17 is about 9 miles

- Alligator Adventure is about 1.2 miles

- Duplin Winery is about 1.2 miles



Getting Around:

2 parking spots (driveway) are available for your stay. Ubers, Taxis, Lyfts, etc. are also readily available in our area.



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc.

Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.



Routine pest control happens monthly at this townhouse via the HOA. Per their rules, the technician is required entry for this service.

1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
