An open concept space meant for gathering, the home’s main living area has a modern design filled with greenery, wood details, and wicker accents. When imaginations are active, you may feel transported to a tropical jungle. And the rest of the time it feels more like you’ve just stepped out of a design magazine. Rest and relax on the large sectional couch facing the smart tv and your screened-in pool area where kids can splash and play away in the Florida sunshine.



The beautiful kitchen is a part of the home you’ll want to enjoy with its contemporary feel, stainless steel appliances, and full suite of cookware. Share meals at the formal dining table while reliving your favorite parts of the day, and wind down with a pleasant evening walk through the private neighborhood or on the resort’s nature trail.



Jewel of Emerald Island accommodates 8 guests in 4 private bedrooms:



- Bedroom #1 has a king-size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo.

- Bedroom #2 is themed for Toy Story lovers and is furnished with 2 twin size beds and a smart tv.

- Head under the sea in Bedroom #3 with 2 twin size beds, a smart TV, and Princess Ariel artwork.

- Bedroom #4 has a king-size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- The home has an additional bathroom with shower/tub combo.

- Washer and dryer in unit for guest use.

- Heating of the pool is free.

- Parking is available in the driveway.

- REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED BY EMERALD ISLAND RESORT TO AVOID NON-STAYING GUESTS AND THE TOWING OF VEHICLES. There is a $20 fee per car to register your vehicle and receive an access card for up to 1 week stays.

- Please note that this home can accommodate up to 2 dogs, with an additional pet fee of $35.00 per pet per day. This fee is not included in your final booking price. If you are bringing dogs, please contact our Customer Care Team after booking to pay the pet fee.

- Grill may be rented for $115/ week for your stay. Please let us know if you would like this added.

-In case of hurricanes or inclimate weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity​ in the community.

-Due to unusually high amount of theft and destruction we regret to tell you we no longer supply wash clothes. If this is a “must have” item for you, you may request them ahead of your stay. Thank you for understanding as this helps keep our rent low for you and your family.

The fun doesn’t stop when you leave the parks with endless resort amenities right outside your door. Enjoy the exclusive clubhouse, playground for kids, private nature trail, fitness center, sauna, heated pool, hot tub, sand volleyball, and sports courts. In addition to the fun you’ll have on property and exploring Disney parks, other nearby attractions include Sea World, Universal Studios, Lake Kissimmee State Park, and The Kennedy Space Center.



Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of $30 per additional hour requested.
