Dies sind schöne 1 Schlafzimmer 1 Bad Timeshare-Einheiten mit voll ausgestatteter Küche und alles, was Sie brauchen. Das Resort liegt direkt am VA Beach. Das Resort liegt auf Platz 12 von 115 in VAB und wurde komplett überarbeitet. Dieses Gerät bietet Platz für bis zu 4 Personen und liegt günstig am 23. und Atlantik im Herzen von Virginia Beach. Toller Ort, um Fahrräder oder Rollerblades zu fahren. Das Gerät verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Töpfen, Pfannen und Geschirr, so dass Sie nicht auswärts essen müssen. Flachbildschirme in jedem Zimmer, sehr bequeme Betten, schöne Badezimmer, alle vor ein paar Jahren renoviert.

Die Strandpromenade, Restaurants, Bars, das Nachtleben, Achterbahnen und Fahrgeschäfte, Minigolf, Spielhallen und das Meer und die Strände sind alle direkt im Erdgeschoss / in der Nähe. Toller Ort für Kinder und Erwachsene.

Meine Wochen erstrecken sich von Freitag bis Freitag (mit einem Samstag bis Samstag um den Labor Day) über den Sommer. Ich möchte Sie daher bitten, Ihren Aufenthalt am Freitag oder Samstag zu beginnen oder zu beenden.

Die Stadt VA Beach zahlt Bands und Straßenkünstler, die jede Nacht zwischen der 17. und 30. Straße an jeder anderen Straßenecke auftreten. Kostenlose Konzerte in den verschiedenen Pavillons auf und ab der Promenade. Toller Ort, um Fahrräder oder Rollerblades zu fahren. Parkplatz inbegriffen. Hallenbad und Whirlpool. Arcade-Spiele, Fitnessraum, Aktivitäten, Lebensmittellieferung von Harris Teeter. 45 Minuten von Busch Gardens und Colonial Williamsburg entfernt.

I showed up to check in for my reservation and was told I could not access the rental as the owner had not paid his fees. So I was left stranded with 3 children and no room.

Great Location!

We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed each night. The cleanliness, proximity to the beach and boardwalk restaurants, the indoor pool and jacuzzi as well as the balcony overlooking the beach made this a luxurious trip indeed. Hoping to book the same room for next Labor Day weekend 😊

The owner of the condo was not permitted to rent his place. It had to be through the condo complex. So I did not have a place to stay for 2 nights. I had to find places to stay. VRBO did give me my money back. But I had to get a letter from the condo complex stating those facts. What a pain!

The place was exactly what we needed for our celebration weekend. It was steps from the beach with a small balcony we could sit on if we just wanted to watch the beach and activities on the beach from a distance. The place was clean, the staff efficient and the host, Peter is awesome. He answered our inquiries in a timely manner!!!

We absolutely had a wonderful time at this property although the rooms are nothing fancy the balcony makes up for it. Perfect Location

Location was great. We are a family of 5 and we were comfortable for the week. Parking garage is small but we made sure if we needed to go somewhere that required driving, we were back by 5pm and had no issues finding a space. Otherwise everything is within walking distance. I don’t recommend eating at Johnny Manana which is downstairs. Food is terrible and overpriced.

Nice area right on the beach. Only complaint is that we had gotten a call the evening before we left to ask if we could set up a meeting at 9:15 or at 11am for a time share..I told the lady we are leaving at 11am and she hung up on me.. really. Im here on a mini vacation not to invest in a timeshare.. otherwise we had a great time. Nice enough accommodations. Would definitely check before coming again as to not stay in a timeshare residence.

I will start by saying, this is not a new property. If you are looking for an affordable place to stay within walking distance of almost anything then this place is excellent. It is situated between two public parking areas, which diverts many other beachgoers to the left and right, which makes this area of the beach far less crowded. The staff is friendly and helpful. As I started with, the property does show signs of age and the unit feels slightly dated, but everything worked as it should, and let's face it, you are going to hang at the beach, not the room. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

High floor ocean view balcony was nice. Full kitchen and living room offers extra space. Cons: crumbs/dust in the drawers, some hair on the bathroom floor, a rubber band on the carpet indicates it wasn’t properly vacuumed before our arrival. Had to treat all surfaces with wipes. Long wait for the only elevator in the tower (14 floors). It was out of order one day.

Great location at the beach

The online VRBO view looked like an upper level room. Our room was on the main first floor. My teens loved being able to come and go to the boardwalk. Noise from the beach was not helpful to concentrate on working while there and the internet was slow. However, staff were very nice and accomodating. Coffee only served until 11am though. Parking was difficult with limited spaces. Rented this room with the kitchenette. Everything was clean. We looked at the pool but my teens had no interest. Nice overlook of the city right outside of the pool. Would be perfect for group or couples. The bar was just few rooms down would have been great with adults.

The view of the beach was wonderful. Carpet looked gross, wouldn’t take shoes off. Water didn’t heat up very well, kick plate for dishwasher was missing. Large cockroach (dead) in hallway for two days after reporting it to staff. Door handle out to the balcony is not secure.

Not a condo

Thought I was renting a condo but turns out it was just a timeshare suite. And if you are planning to make meals you will probably be running to the store for a pot or utensil because it is poorly stocked. Very drab and impersonal, could use some updating. Not very comfortable when you need to stay indoors due to bad weather. Would not rent again.

Location Great But…….

Promoted as sleeping accommodations for 4. The pull out couch was so bad you could see the springs through the mattress and covered in sand. We had to buy a air mattress to be able to sleep. At check-in process made me sign for 4 beach towels but they were not provided ( neither were linens for couch bed). The pool area is your typical 3 star hotel pool. Only 3 working lounge chairs. The other 2 had broken backs and the other one the 2 front legs were gone. Good thing the beach was the main attraction. Staff was courtesy and friendly and tired to remedy what they could quickly. Can’t beat the location right on the boardwalk.

I would not book with this owner again!

We drove over 5 hours to Virginia Beach and 45 minutes before our check in time of 4:00 the owner contacted us and told us that he had "upgraded" us to a different property which had a free breakfast and better jets in the whirlpool -- neither of which we cared about. When I replied that we preferred the location we had booked because we had made plans for restaurants and activities that were within walking distance of our original booking --he didn't seem to care and did not offer to let us go to the original booking, Our original booking was right in the middle of the Neptune festival which was a great location -- our substituted booking was at the far end of the activities! We booked the unit we chose which was a top floor balcony -- we could not get a top floor at the other place. The room we booked had the bed on the ocean front- the one we got had the bed in the back. The only reason I didn't argue more with the owner about this is because we were celebrating our anniversary and my wife didn't want me to put a damper on our time away.
