Stay in our beautifully remodeled 29th-floor condo at the Waikiki Banyan (Tower 1), perfectly located in the heart of Waikiki. Just a short walk from the world-famous Waikiki Beach, you'll also be close to amazing restaurants, lively bars, local shops, and all the entertainment you could ask for. Whether you're here to surf, relax, or explore, this is the ideal home base for your Hawaii adventure.



Inside, the condo is designed with comfort and convenience in mind. You'll love the ocean and mountain views from your private lanai—perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets. The air-conditioned space includes a cozy living area with a sectional sofa and a 65" Smart TV, great for relaxing after a day in the sun. The bedroom features a plush king-size bed and a 50" Flat-screen TV, while the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up a quick breakfast or a romantic dinner. There's even a countertop dining area for 2. The updated bathroom includes a walk-in shower, a toilet with a bidet, and a sleek vanity for a touch of luxury. The recreation deck at Waikiki Banyan is currently undergoing a complete transformation and is scheduled to officially reopen on May 15, 2026.



Once completed, this will be the largest recreation deck in Waikiki, entirely rebuilt with all-new amenities, landscaping, and furniture. The redesigned space will include:



• A large heated swimming pool

• Three brand-new hot tubs

• A brand-new sauna

• All new loungers and daybeds

• Modern barbecue and grill stations with seating

• A children’s playground

• A full tennis and play court



Everything on the deck will be new, beautifully designed, and ideal for families, couples, and longer stays.
