Charming 3-bedroom house in Central Phoenix

A house with a lot of heart, Casa Corazon Phoenix offers a relaxing getaway that will leave a little imprint on your heart. Located in the historic Encanto Neighborhood that is very central to everything Phoenix has to offer. Walking distance to Starbucks and Sprouts. Downtown Phoenix is a 12 min drive and 16 min drive to Phoenix Sky Harbor International.

Guest access
Access to the home is provided via keyless entry – entry code and instructions will be sent to Guest prior to their arrival. Guests will have access to the entire home except for the studio located past the hallway bathroom. The studio is used for storage and for homeowner use when the homeowner is in town.

Check Out Guide:
• Leave any used towels on the floor.
• Place dirty dishes in the sink.
• Please place any garbage in a garbage bag outside the home in the back patio area there is a garbage can.
• Check out time is 11am, if more time is needed, please contact me as soon as possible to see if it can be accommodated. Not guaranteed but we will do our best if time permits.
• Make sure that the AC and the lights are turned off upon leaving the home.
• Make sure that windows and doors are closed and locked upon leaving the home.

Other things to note
• There is no driveway, garage or carport. Parking is located on the street in front of the home. There are signs that state only resident parking is allowed on the street, this is for the students of the college near by. Guests can park their car on their street, so special permit is needed.
• Absolutely no parties or events are allowed.
• If additional guests exceed the maximum 6 allowed, please contact me for approval. A $25 per person fee will apply.
