Unser Haus befindet sich am Fuße der Sandia Mountains nur wenige Gehminuten von Wanderwegen in den offenen Raum und wunderbare Piedra Lisa Park. Unsere ruhigen Sackgasse Nachbarschaft und komplett geschlossenen Hinterhof leisten einen ruhigen, sicheren Hafen so dass für Kaffee am Morgen auf der Veranda mit Blick auf die Berge oder einen Drink am Abend mit Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang und die Lichter der Stadt.
Wir können 8 bis 10 Personen in unserem Hause mit vier Schlafzimmern Königin Luftmatratze unterzubringen. Die beiden vorderen Königin Schlafzimmer haben einen herrlichen Blick auf die Berge. Die Log-Bett-Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten Kiefer log ist ideal für Kinder. Die Master-Suite; mit Bad en suite und unsere schöne Kingsize-Himmelbett und Luxus-Matratze verfügt über einen großen Balkon für den Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang.
Unsere zwei separate Wohnbereiche verfügen über ein großes Familienzimmer mit wunderschönen dunklen italienischen Leder und einem 47-Zoll-HD-TV, Wi-Fi blue ray-Player mit einem komplementären Netflix-Konto. Sie können durch die Glasschiebetüren zu entkommen, um die Multi-Level-Reihen Hinterhof genießen. Sie können auch auf die separaten Wohnzimmer zum Lesen zu entkommen, ein Nickerchen auf dem bequemen Sofa beim Nachdenken über die Schönheit der Berge durch die vorderen Fenster.
Unsere neue Küche mit Küchengeräten aus Edelstahl, werden alle Geräte und neue feste Oberfläche Arbeitsplatte geben Ihnen die Möglichkeit, dass inneren Chef für Ihren Tag zu bringen oder einfach nur eine große Tasse Cappuccino. Wir haben eine große Küche Essecke sowie eine formelle Esszimmer, das alle acht für die besonderes Abendessen sitzen wird.
Wir haben ein komplettes Bad im Obergeschoss sowie die Master-Bad, und wir haben das Bad WC im Erdgeschoss neben unserem komplette Waschküche.
Die Garage für zwei Autos ermöglicht sicheren Zugang zum Haus.

Dieses Haus ist ideal für Langzeitmiete für Profis in der Albuquerque-Bereich, wie beispielsweise Filmteams, Ingenieure oder Auftragnehmer. Die monatliche Rate von $ 3.500 gibt eine geräumige, voll funktionsfähige Home komplett mit Hinterhof-Grill, Speisen unter freiem Himmel und grünem Gras.

Kitchen very well furnished. I missed a message the host sent about the garage code. I kept trying the old code. Host did return call. Would suggest removing maintenance person from house info. Host left bags of ice in freezer since ice maker wasn’t working. Thanks!! Beautiful home. Lots of steps, a little difficult for older people, might include a little more detail in description. Host very responsive prior to and during our stay!

A place for all and a space for all.

With ages 79 to 12, we had doubts about a the week for a wedding running smoothly in a small house. But, with multiple outdoor spaces for group seatings, a dinning table that fit all 8, an outdoor dining area plus two living areas and 4 bedrooms there was room for all to retreat from the rest and not feel cramped. Plenty of cooking utensils to save 8 from having to go to breakfast, lunch or dinner and wait for space. . The younger generations were interested in hiking and the location was perfect for such activities. This crowd all from the hot humid Deep South plan to return again to this VRBO for this location leads to multiple adventures and has room for their large family. The beds are exception for a vacation rental. A good night sleep on great beds will bring this group back. Unfortunately, the 2 young men in tall sizes ended up in the twin beds. The one 6'8' is lobbying for XL twins when those wear out. I definitely recommend this VRBO for large families, hiking enthusiast and those who like to cook.
Two car garage a plus to get vehicles out of the heat and the best entrance.
A 21 year kid retreat the sunken Den below the kitchen. This was his favorite retreat
Neighborhood park, a short walk away, was perfect for the 75 plus adults. While the young hiked to the Crest the elders enjoyed the peaceful park.

We agree with all the positive reviews but we were without a functioning dish washer for almost the entire week. So, there are some maintenance issues that the owner should be aware of. The neighbor’s barking dog in the middle of the night wasn’t too welcome! But the owner is very nice and we would likely stay there again.

Perfect getaway in Albuquerque

The location of this property is conveniently located near downtown Albuquerque and Santa Fe which made it easy to explore and enjoy the area. Also, there are a lot of trails you can walk to. The views from the property are great, from the front of the property you see the Sandia Mountains and the back of the property you can see downtown...really nice view at night. The property owner Jay was very generous, he worked with me on rescheduling my reservation and at the last minute we decided to stay an extra day. Overall, my stay at this property was everything I could have hoped for and more. The combination of the perfect location and excellent accommodations made for a truly relaxing vacation. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a getaway.

Great Location

Property was very roomy, in a great location, with plenty of room inside for a group of adults to spread out and relax. If you plan on spending any time at the property, you will have to put up with 3 barking dogs whose kennel runs along the back yard. They woke us up first morning and were very annoying the small amount of time we sat outside. We never saw the dog owners to address the issue with them, as they never came out to stop the dogs from barking. In fairness to the rental property owner, we did not contact him regarding the dogs next door because we thought it would not continue each time we went outside, but it did, however; the dogs did not remain barking the entire time we were outside, they did eventually return inside their house via a doggie door. Hopefully this situation is mitigated for future renters.

Perfect place to stay while working in Moriarty! Very comfortable and clean. The first week the neighbor's dog was our alarm, at 6 or 6.15 began to bark but the second week it didn't bark anymore. . Back to the alarm clock... A very good experience for us!

The perfect spot

This house was perfect for four of us, but could easily have accommodated more guests. The feel of the place was so comfortable and clean, we felt right at home. The well appointed kitchen made meal prep super easy. This place has it all and it’s located in a very quiet neighborhood. The next time we play in an Albuquerque tournament, we won’t hesitate to stay here again.

Albuquerque get away

House was in a beautiful area, we enjoyed sitting on the front porch looking at the mountains. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Comfortable beds, Plenty of towels, nice to have garage to park in. There was no shampoo, conditioner or soap for shower, we had to go buy some and left there for future renters. Just a heads up to bring your own or buy some at the store. Everyone enjoyed their stay in the house. Thank you.

Amazing time celebrating with family

We had an amazing time during our stay. Jay was very accommodating and quick to answer any questions that came up. The house was clean and neat and had plenty of extra bedding and blankets. The house is a five min walk to an amazing park that we used to spend time with our 92 yo uncle and 18 other family member. The house is close to hiking trails and is located in a safe and friendly neighborhood. And a bonus it was a ten min walk to my great uncles house! We spent almost every morning sitting on the porch admiring the mountains and the sunshine. Thank you again for helping us create amazing memories in and around your house.
