A most excellent place to stay. We felt very comfortable and at home while there. The host was communicative when needed and very accommodating to any request we made. The guest house is in a very nice, quiet residential area and perfectly maintained. All the amenities necessary were provided. Loved it and will book the same place again when back in the Charlotte area.

Bernard was a great host. I accidentally booked the wrong days and this property had a no cancellation policy, which I will definitely look at next time. But he was able to move at least one of the days and refund the rest.

We’re sorry to hear that our exterior security cameras caused any discomfort. They are in place for the safety and security of our guests and property. To be emphatically clear, there are no cameras or recording devices of any kind inside the Guest House. All cameras are located outdoors and record only exterior areas of the property. This was an amazing stay! My husband and I were traveling from VA for a job interview I had. Bernard was an exceptional host! His communication was great and prompt, the house was very clean and well maintained, also extremely cozy. We will definitely be back to stay!

Absolutely awesome property and host! The space was clean, well decorated, and cozy. The quiet neighborhood was a huge plus. We only stayed one night but will absolutely book here again when we are in Charlotte again. Thanks for the great stay!
