Starter pack of K-cups, coffee, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods and dryer sheets for your convenience.

The bathrooms are equipped with wall mounted shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers.

Linens, bath and beach towels are provided for guests. Please do not take the white bath towels to the beach.

Guest access

The front door has a smart lock with a keypad. Guests will be provided a unique code for the lock prior to arrival. The code is deleted between guests for safety. Parking is available for 3 vehicles, 2 in the driveway and 1 on the street. Please do not park in the grass.

The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Parties and events are not allowed. Please keep noise to a minimum. There is a strict quiet time enforced from 11PM-8AM as defined by Chatham County's noise ordinance.

HOUSE RULES

**The primary renter must be 25 years of age to rent and must stay at the property for the entire stay
**NO smoking/vaping on the property
**NO parties or events on the property
**No additional guests
**Generally no pets, may be considered on an individual basis with pet fee
**No professional photography or videos
**Abide be quiet times
**No assertive/aggressive behavior

If the rental is approved, all guests agree to abide by the house rules, failure to do so could result in immediate removal from the property with no refund.
