Fantastic home! Truly lovely - open, spacious, with excellent / fashionable furnishings. Host was very responsive and friendly. Excellent location as well. Would happily stay again.

The house is absolutely beautiful and the location is perfect. It fit a family of 9 really well. We were able to walk to the majority of the attractions. Grocery stores and restaurants were super close. We had a wonderful time and definitely recommend it.

The house is great for kids! There is a fenced backyard and a jungle gym in the basement. There are plenty of bedrooms. The location is perfect for walking around the top of Queen Anne and darting downtown. The carpets have stains but everything was very clean. There are plenty of towels and the beds were very comfortable!

This house was a gem in Seattle. It is completely redone on the inside with very high end finishes. The climbing structures inside and out were perfect for kids. The rooftop patio was our favorite though, great place for happy hour as you see the sun set over the mountains. We enjoyed the proximity to Queen Anne (grocery, restaurants, bars, etc.). Payton was a great host, very responsive to all inquiries. We would definitely stay again.

Gorgeous house with lots of space and light! House was clean and beds very comfortable. Kitchen had very basic supplies needed (cookware and spices) - be prepared to bring own if plan to bake/cook a more complex meal. While coffee was supplied we were unable to find the coffee grinder to use. Small inconvenience as we didn’t expect to have coffee provided and had already bought some pre-ground. This house was in a great location. Super easy to park on the street (streets are narrow so be prepared if have a larger vehicle!). We were a 2 minute walk away from bus line that takes you directly downtown or take a 5 minute stroll and find yourself on the main stretch of Queen Anne to grab food. The adults in our group really enjoyed the rooftop and hung out there all 3 nights. Plenty of space for the 6 adults and 6 teenagers in our group to sleep and hangout - we do wish we had brought a blow mattress to give a bit more flexibility on sleep arrangements, but there are enough beds for a large group! We would stay here again :)

The house was spacious with several nice finishes. The indoor structure in the basement and the skeeball game were welcome entertainment for the little ones during a chilly Seattle winter. We were also just a block from a little playground which we used often.We had a gathering of 11 people over three generations and there was space for everyone to gather together. The dining room table was big enough so we could have meals as a group.We would have appreciated more plates and dish towels, so I reached out to the host during our stay and they were delivered the next day. Payton was very responsive and attentive during our visit.
