The space
No side yard entry the property supports a direct private driveway with a privacy fence around the entire house and outdoor security cameras. The living quarters are located on the second floor with the front door pointing southerly. Located only 8 minutes (0.65 miles) from the state-of-the-art Moody Center.

At the top of the stairs to the second-floor dwelling is a balcony which offers seating for your enjoyment. The living area has a king size bed for your comfort, a full kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, sofa, table/chairs, 9 ft. ceilings, dimmable lighting, porcelain bathroom walls, and energy efficient appliances/fixtures/construction throughout. The property supports a ventilated recovery system for balanced ventilation and your well-being.

The living area has a 50-inch adjustable (proper mounting height) wall-mounted LED HDR flatscreen TCL television with (ROKU Netflix, Pluto, Pluto, Tubi, etc.) for your enjoyment. The property has high-speed 2Gb internet for your business and entertainment needs. The laundry area has a private full-size heavy-duty washer/dryer with all the necessary amenities and a waiting area.
