Hi! I’m looking for a roommate to rent the second upstairs bedroom in my townhouse. The room is carpeted, spacious, comes with its own bathroom, closet and a second living area, which I currently use as my office and home cinema.

About the space:
The upstairs includes:
• 2 bedrooms with closets
• 1 bathroom
• Linen closet
• Living area/office space

The downstairs includes:
• Master bedroom with en-suite (my room)
• Guest bathroom
• Garage
• Main living room
• Kitchen
• Laundry room
• Backyard

There are currently two vacant rooms upstairs. My plan is to keep one of them available for guests occasionally, so you may share the bathroom with a guest from time to time. I’m still deciding what to do with that second room long term.

• $1550/per month
• 3 month minimum lease
• Free WiFi/ High speed internet.
• All bills inclusive
• No pets or smoking allowed

You’ll be sharing the space with me, a friendly, mid-30s female professional working in Fintech. In my free time, I enjoy dancing (salsa and two-step), hiking, and exploring Austin with friends.

About you: Ideally, you’re someone who values a clean and calm home. I split my work week between the office (3 days) and working from home (2 days), so a respectful, considerate roommate is a must.
