With 100 feet of prime waterfront, this retreat lets you fully immerse yourself in lakeside living. The 30-foot floating dock provides early seasonal access, allowing you to moor your boat directly at the property after launching at the free City Beach in Sandpoint. Whether you’re kayaking, paddleboarding, or simply enjoying the water, everything is right at your doorstep!

Explore the sparkling waters with a wide array of paddle boards, kayaks, and other water toys for , along with lifejackets for most sizes. All equipment is readily available and easily accessible in the garage for your enjoyment!

With panoramic views of Fry Creek and Gold Hill, this property is located only a short boat or paddle board ride to Lake Pend Oreille. Lake Pend Oreille has plenty of parks, boat launches, picnic sites and other attractions and facilities. Major parks are Farragut State Park, at the very southern tip of the lake; Whiskey Rock, a Forest Service fee-free campground on the fairly inaccessible southeastern shore; Garfield Bay, a county park and campground; Springy Point, operated by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers; City Beach, with excellent beaches, ball courts, playgrounds and more in downtown Sandpoint; Trestle Creek, with a boat ramp, beach and picnic facilities; and Sam Owen Campground and Park, a wonderful 65-acre site on the Hope Peninsula. And there are others, as well!
