Nestled on the lush fairways of the Ka’anapali Golf Course, Ka'anapali Royal is a private resort community offering a refined blend of relaxation and island adventure. Located just above the world-famous Ka’anapali Beach, this gated property places you minutes from the best that Maui has to offer.



Enjoy a peaceful, residential setting while being just a short stroll to Whalers Village, a vibrant hub of upscale shopping, oceanfront dining, and local entertainment. From snorkeling in crystal-clear waters to sunset sails and beachside luaus, you’ll have endless ways to explore the island right at your doorstep.



The resort features a heated swimming pool, hot tub, and tennis and basketball courts, perfect for winding down after a day of adventure. With panoramic golf course views and tropical landscaping throughout, the atmosphere is tranquil and welcoming.



Whether you're planning a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or a long-term escape, Ka’anapali Royal offers the ideal combination of comfort, convenience, and true aloha spirit.

We advise renting a car for best Maui access. Ride Shares are also available.

We offer pickleball gear, but not tennis, but you can rent from office.

Beautiful place

We enjoyed our stay. This beautiful condo was big and comfortable enough for our family of two adults and three kids age 4 - 10yo. Great swimming pool was just few steps away from the condo. The owner was very helpful.

Family vacation

This condo’s location and amenities are incredible. It was the perfect place to call our home for over a week. The owner is one of the best we’ve rented from, he provided a wealth of information prior to our trip and was very easy to communicate with prior to and during our stay. We’ll gladly stay here again.

Perfect property!

We enjoyed our visit to Maui and the location and accommodations of the condo were ideal for our trip. Awesome condo!

We had a fantastic stay in K102! The location was great, near everything but not right in the busy areas. The pool was never busy and the condo had everything we needed plus more. Especially enjoyed having the beach chairs available. Rod was also very easy to communicate with and checked in regularly to make sure everything was ok. We would come back for sure!

Excellent Unit

Stayed at many Kaanapali Royal units because of the perfect location (walk to Black Rock, Whaler’s Village, close to Lahaina and Kapalua) and this unit is the best one. Anything/everything you need is there. Will definitely return.

Great Location and Beautiful Home

This property was in a great location right close to whalers village. It was about a 10 minute walk to the beach. Right on the golf course with a beautiful location and very quiet compared to the beach area. The home was extremely clean any perfect for our family. The check in process was super smooth. The owner, Rod, kept in great communication throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend.

Another great stay!

Can't say enough about this fantastic condo. Debi and Rod have it completely stocked with absolutely everything you could ever need on vacation. Not only is this unit clean and beautifully decorated but its location is fantastic, close to the pool and a lovely view. A quick walk to the beach and shopping make everything so accessible but at the same time you are a little bit removed from the crowded hotel strip. I would absolutely recommend a stay here, the building and condo are perfect for an easy vacation. Thanks again Debi and Rod for sharing your Maui home with us, we'll be back!

Seamless Experience, Beautiful Condo

From the moment we booked the condo, until the day we left, the entire experience was seamless! Rod was so great with communicating with us, via email and text, throughout the entire process, from beginning to end. The condo was spacious, furnished beautifully, and a perfect fit for our family of 4. The view from the patio was beautiful! We were so pleased with the variety of beach essentials that were there for us to use. The location of the condo is amazing and within walking distance to SO much. The condo made our stay in Maui, top-notch!

Great Place on Maui

Rod's place is just as advertised with plenty of room and well stocked. Very nice master bedroom and bath. We sat on the patio every morning and night, beautiful sunsets. Just a few steps down the grass to the pool. Used the grill and cooked breakfast in the kitchen. About a 10 to 15 minute walk down to the shops and beach with nice breezes. Lahaina is only two miles away so groceries and plenty of restaurants close, plus there are restaurants across the street in Whalers Village. Rod was in contact immediately and made everything very easy. Great spot to relax at after day at beaches or after trips around to see all the Maui sites.

Everything you’ll need and more!

This is a beautiful home. The kitchen had literally everything we needed and more! For the pool and the beach we had towels, toys, and chairs. The master suite is amazing, and its bathroom was fantastic with a large glass shower and dual vanity. We needed the 2nd bedroom for three people, and it was nicely set up for them. We loved the location on the property as the kids were able to walk right off the lanai and across the grass to the pool. It’s a short walk to a little mall with restaurants, coffee shop, shave ice, and a general store. You can even catch the Ka’anapali Trolley there for a free ride to Whalers’ Village. Fantastic place to spend a few days, a week, or longer!

Perfect Perfect!! For any family vacation

Debi and Rod I would to say, in all my travels to Hawaii you by far have the best unit I have rented. It felt like home. There were basic cooking supplies for us to use. Every time we rent a unit, we would always have to buy salt, pepper, oil, sugar and other spices it was all there. I enjoy grilling and to see one outside with a sideburn was a surprise. Not to mention a kitchen sink outside!! You two have thought of everything to make anyone staying in your unit feel like home. Thank you again for everything Debi and Rod Henry O

Perfect for families

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at K102 with our family of 4. The unit is spacious and very well appointed with a slow cooker for kalua pork, blender for morning tropical smoothies and a great bbq for perfectly grilled maui ribs. The pool is steps away from the lanai and the unit has all the beach necessities including snorkelling gear, umbrellas and chairs to make your beach days memorable. Whalers Village is a short 5 minute walk as is Kaanapali Beach - couldn't ask for a more perfect location. The host was pleasant and timely with all communication. He provided plenty of tips and definitely made us feel welcomed. After a full day of activities, K102 was the perfect spot to relax and easy into the evening with a mai tai in hand and the sunset in the distance. 10/10 - highly recommend!

Perfect!

Enchanting Maui is the perfect vacation condo! Our family of 4 just returned home after a week-long vacation and are missing it already. The condo was clean, large and convenient. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and grilling. We even made waffles one morning. The kitchenware was excellent quality and looked new. My sons, 10 and 13, loved using the boogie boards. They also appreciated the fast WiFi. We walked to the beach, shops and restaurants from the condo. The owners were very organized and accommodating throughout the rental process and our stay. They clearly take excellent care of their property and guests! I highly recommend Enchanting Maui and hope to return someday.

Best Vacation Ever!!!

Wow, where do I begin?? I am so happy I found Enchanted Maui on VRBO. From the first email to Debi until we arrived back home, she was always just only an email away. She even called us to verify everything was perfect and it was. We were so touched to find a gift upon our arrival which we absolutely love! We have never found that anywhere else! Enchanted Maui was so beautiful inside. They have updated nicely and have all the latest appliances and great beds. (Actually we're now looking to buy new beds!) The location of the condo is perfect. Discretely just right outside the back slider was the pool. Which was never crowded and was so nice. The condo was a just a short walk down to the beach on a nice path. We did all the touristy things, like a luau, R-T-H, Trilogy, Haleakala at sunrise! We stayed 8 nights and we plan to stay longer next time. We are already planning our next trip and will definitely come back to Enchanted Maui. Would highly recommend this lovely home to everyone!! Thank you Debi and Rod for making our Maui vacation magical!

Great hosts and location with lots of amenities

This is the best vacation rental we have ever had from the owners, to the amenities, to the location and the price. We want to thank Debi and Rod for being such great hosts. From the beginning they were always very communicative with us. They go above and beyond in their service and even through personalized gifts. They obviously share their condo with pride and made sure we were ready to enjoy it as well. Fantastic centralized location. The beach is a 10-minute walk as well as lots of shopping and restaurants within Whalers Village. We also spent time to the north in Napili Bay for snorkeling and took time to shop, eat and take in the sites along Front Street in Lahaina to the south. Highly recommend both. Such great amenities at the condo. Lots of cookware that made it easy to prepare our own meals. The grill on the lanai was a definite plus. We made ample use of the beach towels, boogie boards, and even snorkeling fins which were a big help. They even provide a hose on the lanai making it easy to wash off all the sand once you return. Also from the lanai you are just steps from enjoying a pool as well. Washer and dryer are top notch. The bathrooms and overall decor are modern and clean. Thanks again to the Conklins for helping to make our trip to Maui pleasurable and memorable.

What an unreal vacation. This condo is perfectly situated in Kaanapali and there's a ton to do in the area. This is, by far, the best condo my family and I have ever stayed in. Communication with the owner has been fantastic and we're already looking forward to our next stay at his place. The condo itself is kept in impeccable condition and has everything that a family would need. The kitchen is fully stocked with every utensil, tool, cutting board, pot, etc, etc that you'd ever need. The floor plan is excellent and has the master suite and guest suite at opposite ends of the unit. Each suite also has it's own full bathroom so there's no need to share. The living room is just off the lanai and the kitchen so it's easy to have conversations with the family while preparing meals. The Lay-Z-Boy recliner chair was SO comfortable and it was often a race in the evening to see who could get there first. The main floor lanai was great for getting to/from the pool (which is also amazing). There's a BBQ on the lanai which is nice and also a couple BBQ's down at the pool area. There's also an excellent array of beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, snorkeling gear, floaties) so you don't need to bring anything. There's LOADS of beaches and places to explore in West Maui and this condo is in the perfect spot to do it all. Whether you want a chill beach to soak up the sun, do some epic snorkeling, try surfing, boogie boarding, golfing, hiking, you name it - it's close by.
