Also, kommen Sie und genießen Sie unser Ferienhaus in einer wunderschönen geschlossenen Ferienanlage, die aus einem Erholungsclubhaus, einem Billardtisch, Arkadenspielen, einem privaten Bereich für Kinder, einem Kamin mit vielen bequemen Stühlen und einem großen Fernseher besteht. Modernster Fitnessclub, Tennis- und Bocciabahn, ein großer beheizter Pool, ein Kinderbecken, Basketball, 3 Hufeisengruben und ein besonders großer Whirlpool.

Wenn Sie nicht mit dem Auto zum Strand fahren möchten, bringt Sie der Trolly vor dem Eingang des Beach Dreams zu einem der örtlichen Strände, Geschäfte, Restaurants oder genießt die Aussicht in der Perkins Cove. In Wells / Ogunquit gibt es so viel zu tun. Zu den morgendlichen Aktivitäten zählen Radfahren, Surfen, Kajakfahren, Angeln, Bootsausflüge von Perkins Cove, Wandern, Golfen oder einfach nur Sonnenbaden am weniger als 1,6 km entfernten Strand. Das Nachtleben umfasst großartige Restaurants, Theaterstücke, Cocktails oder einen Spaziergang bei Mondschein am Strand. Wir sind nah an der Rachel Carson Natural Estuary Preserve und Antiquitäten.

Cottage was immaculate. Owner thought of everything-very well stocked kitchen-very comfortable beds. It is situated far back in development, very quiet. Loved using the beautiful pool. Property is on Rt.1, very convenient to everything. Will definitely stay again!

This cottage was perfect for our vacation! Christie was very helpful and the place was immaculate.

The cottage was exactly as advertised--clean, quiet, and a great home base for our family. Our kids loved the pool, and we enjoyed sitting out in the sunroom in the evenings after long days at the beach.

Living well in Wells

Outstanding Vacation Cottage

Clean cottage for a week

Two bedrooms to put suitcases in one and closets for hanging clothes. Kitchen had almost everything you needed. Island counter and chairs, but would have rather had nice table and chairs in sunroom to eat or hangout. Also, if you have any mobility issues, parking is not outside cottage. Cottages a bit too close. If you're going to be away all day, it's a beautiful place to spend time.

This cottage at Beach Dreams was great. There was a large pool and hot tub as well as as a clubhouse with games . The location was quiet and away from the road. The decor was very beachy and the cottage had everything we needed for our week stay. Christie was very easy to get a hold of for any questions prior to our stay. We loved our week

Wonderful experience!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this immaculate cottage. We relaxed in the 2 leather recliners & rested comfortably in the 2 queen size beds. The gated community, Beach Dreams is clean, quiet & safe. The cottage owners, Kevin & Christie are are very friendly & accommodating. Thank you for making our stay pleasurable!

Great Cottage

The cottage was very clean and nice sized. Some of the cottages are so close that it doesn't appear to have any real private space but this cottage is at the end of the property and sits against the woods so the private space was nice. Location is great, close to everything. My wife and I even walked to the bike rental shop right across the street from the development and rented bikes and rode all over Wells and Moody's beaches.

Wonderful week in Wells!

This was our first, and much anticipated, trip to Maine. The cottage is really cute, clean and comfortable. And the owner was very easy and accommodating to work with. Our family of 4 found our stay there to be really enjoyable. It had all the amenities we needed and we loved eating in the sunroom everyday. The cottage is also centrally located between Kennebunkport and Ogunquit. There is so much to do and see in Maine and we cannot wait to go back and would not hesitate to stay here again. Thanks Christie for sharing your cottage with us.

Perfect vacation!

What a week! I almost don’t want to leave this review because I want this place to be available for me when I want to come back!! My family of 3 stayed in this cottage for a week and I knew immediately upon walking in, it was better than we expected. All of the reviews about it being immaculate were no exaggeration! (I want their cleaning team!) It was so spotless and we were comfortable right away. The windows in the screen room were so clean it looked like it didn’t even have glass in the them! The description is spot on. The kitchen is so well stocked. They thought of everything. Right down to a Britta filter in the fridge for the coffee maker (nice touch!). We have a small family of 3 and it was great for us. We let our daughter have the slightly larger room and she was so happy with it. It’s light and airy with a very thick mattress topper on the bed. She was comfy. The sun porch was my favorite! It has a little tv with streaming services and comfy couch which was nice for morning coffee and reading. If I HAD to choose one negative, and it’s VERY minor, for me, it was the location of the cottage itself inside Beach Dreams. It is tucked way back as far as you can go so getting in and out at 10 miles an hour takes a good 5-7 mins each time you come and go. The pool is located closer to the entrance so walking wasn’t too convenient but we had electric scooters so it was fun for us. The location of Beach Dreams is very central. We went to Ogunquit, Wells Beach, York and Kennebunkport very easily! This is a hidden gem for sure and we are so glad we found it. Christie is so responsive and obviously loves this cottage because it is so well cared for and nicely decorated. We would go back in a heartbeat!

Beach Dreams Cottage Review

Cottage U183 was very clean and comfortable; the beach decor was fantastic. The air conditioner and ceiling fans worked very well during such a hot week. The leather reclining chairs were awesome. The kitchen appliances were clean and easy to use. The environment was quiet and restful. The pool was clean and refreshing. We highly recommend a stay at this cottage.

lovely cottage village, great community pool, attentive owner!

A lovely cottage and definitely lives up to the description. Very clean, comfortable living room furnishings, well stocked kitchen, very nice enclosed porch that gave extra light, views of the trees, and importantly, extra "living" space. Neighbors we met were very friendly. Landscaping was beautiful and made coming back to the cottage feel very special and welcoming. Owner, Christie, was very attentive and engaging throughout the process. We had one bump in the road related to the bed, but she was actively and kindly troubleshooting with us and it all turned out well. Couldn't have asked for more! The pool was our biggest draw to the cottage village and we were not disappointed--really fantastic for the kids and we walked or biked there every day. Not at all crowded! Sometimes we even had the pool to ourselves...but usually there was one or two other families with kids, which was great for our kids to play with. (Note: no lifeguard, so parents must remain particularly aware). Overall, it was a memorable trip and I'm so glad we found this cottage! I'm sure you will enjoy it too! One tip: I'm sure most people are not planning to play basketball while you are there, but if you are, please note that while there is a nice inground hoop near the pool, the paved area around it is very limited--it it practical for close-range shooting at best.

Wonderful Beach Dream Vacation

Our first time vacationing in Maine was wonderful. The cottage was immaculate, updated, nicely decorated, and exactly as described. The owners answered my questions about the property/area immediately. This was by far the best property that we have ever rented. Thank you for giving us an enjoyable, much needed vacation!

Beautiful cottage!!!

We had a lovely stay in this very well kept cottage. The decor and accommodations were very nice. The beds were very comfortable and my husband and I really enjoyed the recliners. The outdoor seating area was very nice as well very comfortable and cool even on hot days. Upon check in we had issues with the A/C but the owners were quick to remedy the situation. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay!

Best location and so clean

My partner and I were blown away by the cleanliness of this cottage. I am a neat freak and you can tell the owners take such good care of their home. The two lazy boy recliners were so nice to have at the end of the day. We enjoyed many cool nights relaxing in the huge hot tub that was a short walk away. The sun porch was our favorite and although we had take out fro such good restaurants, we always ate on the sun porch or outside on their patio overlooking the woods. The fact that the owners will not rent to smokers was rare and something we loved. Clean air, spotless cottage will make us return. We already booked for next year. Thank you Lois

Perfect family vacation spot

The vacation was excellent. The cottage was perfect. It was the perfect size for a family of 4. So clean and neat. Love the decor. Comfortable beds and furniture. The kitchen was so well stocked. With the fans and the evening breezes we didn't need the AC at all. The complex is great. Loved how safe and clean it was. The kids could ride their bikes to the pool and we didn't need to worry about traffic. The pool area was fabulous. Beach Dreams is a perfect location. Thank you for opening up your home to us.
