The Space:

The main living space features a comfortable king-size bed and a set of twin bunk beds, comfortably accommodating up to four guests. A small table with two chairs provides a cozy spot for meals or games. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like a microwave and mini-fridge, perfect for preparing snacks and keeping drinks cool. Stay comfortable with air conditioning and heat, and enjoy entertainment on the provided TV. A private bathroom with a shower offers added privacy and convenience. Outside, a picnic table and fire ring invite you to relax and enjoy the outdoors. All linens are provided for a hassle-free stay. Guest Access:

Enjoy private access to the Covered Wagon, which features a queen-size bed, twin bunk beds, and a private bathroom equipped with a shower. Guests staying in the Covered Wagon also have their own picnic table, perfect for outdoor meals, and a fire ring for evening campfires. Furthermore, guests have full access to the campground amenities, including Game room, Club House, laundry, scenic hiking trails that wind through the surrounding natural beauty, and the campground office, where staff are available to assist with any needs or provide information about local attractions and activities.

In the event of any cancellation, or termination, of a booking for any reason whatsoever, the 3.9% transaction processing fee assessed at the time of payment shall be strictly non-refundable. Under no circumstances shall the 3.9% transaction fee be returned, credited, or otherwise reimbursed, including but not limited to cancellations made within any stated refund period, force majeure events, or cancellations initiated by the Guest. While public transportation isn't readily available in this area, the campground offers ample parking for your convenience. For those flying in, the nearest major airport is Elmira/Corning Regional Airport (ELM), approximately a 1.5-hour drive away. Driving directions are easily accessible via GPS or your preferred mapping app. Enjoy the scenic drive and the beautiful PA Grand Canyon!

We warmly welcome pets at this rental! Please note there is a $50 pet fee for this specific unit.
