Guest Access:
PARKING
The driveway is private parking for the house. However, if you need additional parking you are welcome to park on the street (abiding by parking laws) and across the street in the parking lot.

TRASH & RECYCLING
Trash and recycling is picked up on Wednesdays. If during your stay, you want to have the trash and recycling bins emptied, we recommend placing the bins by the curb on Tuesday night.The bins can be found behind the backyard gate to the left of the garage

The Neighborhood:
Please Note: The home is located within one mile of Dallas Love Field Airport. While the location offers unbeatable convenience for travelers, occasional airplane noise may be heard during flight times. Many guests find it to be a minor trade-off for such close proximity to the airport, but we want to be transparent so you can plan accordingly.

2. Please lock the back and front doors when you leave
3. No smoking allowed
4. No unregistered guests allowed
5. Please don't eat or drink in the beds / bedrooms
6. Please be respectful to the neighbors with noise
7. Please keep the A/C between 70-78 degrees, and turn it to 78 when you check out.
8. Please respect check-in and check-out times
9. Please take care of the furnishings. You will be obligated to pay for any damages during your stay
10. Please don't rearrange the furniture
