7 Min to Beach / Pool Access
The Space:
This gorgeously decorated 2 bed 2 bath second floor condo (there is a flight of stairs to go up) is brand new to the vacation rental market! We welcome guests staying 7 days or more.
While the interior of the condo is beautiful, the amenities at Barnes Plantation are the showstoppers! You have access to a heated pool, fitness center, propane grills throughout, small playground and even a business center if you need to get some work done.
The community is also gated for your safety. Right across the street from the community is Red Fern Village which is the cutest little enclave that has some of the best dining, boutiques and libations you can find on the whole island.
Pier Village is a 5/6 minute drive as is East Beach. At Pier Village you can find shopping, restaurants, a pier for fishing and relaxing and Neptune Splash Pad which is a hit with the kiddos!
The inside of the condo is tastefully decorated with beachy decor. The primary bedroom has a King bed, smart TV and ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom has also a smart TV and includes a Queen bed. If the weather isn't cooperating and you need to stay inside, there are numerous games and books to keep the whole family entertained. The kitchen is fully stocked for you to whip up a gourmet meal. There is also a Keurig coffee maker for your morning cup o' joe.
We welcome your fur babies as well! They must be on a leash at all times outside the home but this is a pet-friendly community and they will no doubt feel welcome!
Other Items to Note
Trailers, Boats, and other commercial vehicles are prohibited on the property.
Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.
Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!
Pack N Plays and strollers are available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival.
Guest Access:
The community is gated for your safety. A code will be provided upon check in. The home has a lock on it in which a unique security code will be provided before your arrival.

Barnes Plantation is a prestigious condo community in the perfect location. It's across the street from Red Fern Village and a 6-7 minute drive to Pier Village and the beach.
Getting Around:
You have many attractions within walking distance but we do recommend a car, golf cart or taxi to get to everything the island has to offer.
Other Things to Note:
Parking is open in front of the unit. There are no assigned spaces.
If your stay is more than 21 days, an additional cleaning fee of $100 is added to your trip. This is done after booking. Failure to pay the additional cleaning fee can result in cancellation with no refund.
