** This building is overlooking Saint-Denis street, home to superb cafés, restaurants, boutiques and much more! It's a busy street with wonderful activities, but it can also come with some noises from the local businesses. **

Located in the heart of downtown, it is very easy to get around in our neighbourhood! Many shops and restaurants are within walking distance.

Saint-Denis is home to a great street festival named 'Montreal Comic Arts Festival' (May 24-26). During that week, Saint Denis (between Gilford and Roy) will be pedestrian only. Please note that parking and circulation by vehicle will not be possible at that time.

The closest metro station to our building is Mont-Royal station - orange line (10 mins walk). In addition, there are many bus lines that pass through the neighborhood (30, 11, etc.). There is also a bike path on a good part of Saint-Denis street, which makes biking very pleasant. Not to mention that there is many BIXI station (bike rental) located around our building.

Our building, located in the heart of Montreal, is located on St-Denis street which is home to many restaurants, bars and boutiques! We are also very close (15-20 minutes walk) to UQAM (Université du Québec à Montréal), a movie theater, many theaters and restaurants of great quality.

Furthermore, the Place des festivals, which is the main venue for many festivals in Montreal (Jazz Festival, Just for Laughs, Igloofest, etc.), is located only 10 mins away by car from our building!

- 10 mins walk from Sherbrooke Metro Station
- 17 mins walk from Berri-UQAM Metro Station (main metro station of Montreal)
- 12 mins drive from Old Montreal
- BIXI for rent around the corner (public bike system)

We do not allow pets, except for service animal. A valid certificate must be presented before check-in.

Please notes our expectations for guests with a service animal:
• The handler must be in control of the animal at all times.
• The animal must be housebroken.
• The animal should not be left alone for any length of time unless previous arrangements have been made with the Host.
• The animal should not be allowed on the furniture (both inside the unit and on the terraces).
• Outside of emergency situations where a service animal is trained to bark, the animal shouldn't bark significantly throughout the day/night.

Additional Information:
- A security deposit of $200 will be charged to your credit card at the start of your stay and will be fully refunded after inspection at the end of your stay.

- Please note that Unique Stays uses a 3rd party (STRIPE) to process all online payments. The Stripe processing fee is 2.9% of the total amount paid + C$0.30 . When a reservation is eligible for a full refund, Unique Stays will reimburse the total amount MINUS the STRIPE processing fee (2.9% of the total amount paid + C$0.30) as these processing fees are not reimbursed to us.
