It features a full bed, a futon that converts to a full bed with a twin above, a kitchenette, and sitting area. Enjoy a shared pool, lounge chairs, BBQ area, outdoor seating, assigned parking spot (#209), and WiFi. This cozy, updated condo is ideal for small families, couples, or groups of up to four looking to enjoy all the fun and relaxation the Jersey Shore has to offer!

The kitchenette includes a 4.3 cu. ft. fridge, coffee maker, air fryer, waffle maker, microwave, and essential cookware—perfect for preparing simple meals.

Please Note:
⚫️ Bed linens and towels are not provided—guests must bring their own.
⚫️ There is no elevator access; the unit is accessible by stairs.

After a day at the beach, rinse off at the outdoor shower before taking a dip in the seasonal heated pool or firing up the grill in the shared BBQ area.

Whether you’re lounging indoors or enjoying the coastal breeze, this condo has everything you need for a relaxing and memorable getaway. Things to Note: • You will have one assigned parking spot (#209). Parking placard is in welcome binder on dresser - must be displayed for the duration of your stay.
• Bed linens and towels are not provided – please plan accordingly.
• No smoking inside – smoking is only permitted in the designated area by the BBQ grills. A fine may be issued for violations.
• No pets allowed – no exceptions.
• Per HOA regulations, primary renter must be 25 years of age or older. Bookings are non-transferable which means the primary renter also MUST REMAIN present on the property for the duration of their stay.
• Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the premises and may use the amenities.
• No glass containers are allowed in the pool and sun deck areas for safety reasons.
• Sunflower Beach Club’s property is monitored 24/7 on sundecks, pools, and parking areas.
