Secluded/River/UTV/Hike/Horse Trails/Kayak/Fishing/Indoor Pickle Ball/Swim

The rustic Sugar Tree Hollow cabin is nestled among the trees on a secluded 136 acres with Niangua River access for fishing, swimming, and kayaking. On-site activities include a private rec center with indoor pickle ball, ping pong, pool table, corn hole and more! There are trails for hiking, UTV and horseback riding. We offer kayak rentals as well.
You will enter this property on a peaceful, winding, private drive that leads to the cabin spot. Upon arrival you will find the cabin and a separate private rec building. In the cabins spacious master bedroom, you will find a king sized bed, a pool table, a 65-inch TV, a wood burning stove, an additional couch to nestle in and read a good book, and a walk-in closet with extra bedding. You will find an additional table that can be used for family games! We have provided a variety of board/card games to play. There is also another bedroom with a twin over full size bunk bed.
The kitchen area is fully stocked with plenty of spices, cookware, a Keurig coffee maker and a fully stocked coffee bar with a variety of coffees and creamer.
Outside you will find a firepit area in front of the cabin where you can relax and enjoy the sounds of nature in your own personal paradise! Hot dog/smore roasting sticks are provided, as well as outdoor seating, string lights and a propane BBQ grill.

One of the things that make this property so unique is that it has its own private recreational building! In the rec building you will find an indoor pickle ball court, foosball table and corn hole! it has a bathroom that is also located upstairs. In the downstairs area are two additional bedrooms along with a game room where you will find ping pong, a TV , dart board, Nintendo Wii and a variety of other games. Perfect for family fun!

When you are ready to get out and enjoy the great outdoors, there is a path leading from the cabin to a beautiful bottom field with wildlife viewing opportunities and attached river access where you can enjoy fishing, swimming, and kayaking. Please bring your own fishing poles and swim gear. We do have kayaks available to rent for an additional fee. On the opposite side of the bottom field there is a large, wooded area filled with hollers and hills where you will find peaceful hiking, UTV and horseback riding trails where you can view nature at its finest, for a combined total of 136 acres!

This is a rural cabin surrounded by nature. Please be aware that we have everything that nature has to offer here, from bugs to wildlife. If you are looking for a secluded spot to enjoy nature, the nthis is the place for you!
We have Starlink internet in both buildings and a dedicated workspace in the cabin. There is a Dollar General that is just 5 minutes away to grab any necessities that you might need. This is the perfect place to get away, relax, and enjoy time with your family and friends!
