You’ll have full access to the home, except for the basement, which is off-limits to guests. Please make yourself at home!

Inside, soaring ceilings and a stone fireplace set a warm and inviting tone. The open-concept layout makes it easy to move between the living room, dining area, and kitchen, keeping everyone connected. A large dining table seats the group together, while the living room provides comfortable seating for movie nights. Thoughtful details like board games, a karaoke machine, and two fish tanks bring a playful spirit to your stay.

Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms welcome up to 13 guests. Bedroom 1 includes a king bed, while Bedrooms 2 and 3 each feature a king bed with ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 4 has a queen bed, and Bedroom 5 offers a bunk bed with trundle and a double. Each room is prepared with linens, blackout blinds, and extra pillows to help ensure a restful night.

Bathrooms
With 4.5 bathrooms, mornings and evenings are unhurried. Three ensuite baths offer both shower and tub, complemented by a hallway bath upstairs and a half bath on the main floor. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and shower gel are provided for convenience.

Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, bakeware, and modern appliances including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and blender. A drip coffee maker with coffee, toaster, kettle, wine glasses, barbecue utensils, and stylish dishware support both casual snacks and shared meals.

Outdoor living
Several patios and balconies extend your living space outside. Settle into outdoor furniture with a book, share dinner under the stars, or wander across open land at your own pace. The acreage offers privacy and a peaceful backdrop for stargazing nights.

This home is ready for family stays with a pack ’n play, high chair, and children’s dinnerware. Board games and plenty of room for together time keep everyone engaged. For quiet work moments, a dedicated office with desk, monitor, and printer makes it easy to stay connected.

Air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and a fireplace keep the home comfortable in every season. Essentials include a washer, dryer, iron, clothing storage, and room-darkening shades. Safety features such as smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and security cameras (outside, foyer, and garage) are in place.

Neighborhood
While the property feels private and remote, it’s conveniently located. Denver International Airport is 20 minutes away, Barr Lake State Park and The Wild Animal Sanctuary are 11 minutes, and Downtown Denver can be reached in about 45 minutes. Whether you want to explore local highlights or enjoy the quiet of the countryside, this retreat offers both privacy and access.

SECURITY CAMERAS: installed outside the property monitoring the front door. There are no cameras inside the property.

FISH CARE: Every Tuesday, a technician will stop by feed the fish and clean the tank. They WILL enter the home with a code.

NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500.

FIREPLACE: Please note the fireplaces are NOT operational.
