Inside, you’ll be greeted by sun-drenched rooms with expansive windows that frame peaceful water views. With multiple gathering areas—including a cozy waterfront family room with a TV, an adjacent living room, and an upstairs den with a multi-game arcade console—there’s plenty of space to spread out or come together.
The home features five comfortable bedrooms, each with a smart TV. Two are located on the main floor (including one with an en suite bathroom), while the upstairs hosts three more, including a bright and airy primary suite.

Important Notes:
1. A fee of $50 per week applies for hot tub usage during your stay. If you prefer not to use this amenity, please notify us in advance.
2. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
3.Use of kayaks and participation in water-related activities are undertaken at guests' own risk. Life vests are mandatory while kayaking. Kayaking is permitted only between April and October, and during daylight hours.
4. Fireplace has an insert with visual, sound, and light heat effects for simulated ambiance. Fireplace is otherwise NOT operational.
