Start your mornings with coffee overlooking the water, spend your days relaxing along the private channel-front sandy shoreline and pier, and end the evening with sunset cocktails on the stunning 3-tiered deck featuring a gas grill, comfortable outdoor dining, and a cozy propane fire pit.

Briona Dreams sits along a quiet channel of Magician Lake, offering peaceful water views and a calm, tucked-away setting. The private channel-front sandy shoreline includes a pier and traditional fire pit near the water. This area is ideal for relaxing by the channel, fishing from the pier, launching a kayak, paddleboard, or small watercraft, and enjoying the slower pace of lake life.

Inside, Briona Dreams is bright, clean, and thoughtfully stocked for a comfortable stay. The open living area is designed for relaxing together after a day on the lake, while the modern kitchen and dining spaces make family meals easy and enjoyable.

Great communication! This place is stocked with everything you need, for sure. Minor issues during the week long stay were addressed immediately. I would recommend switching to queen sized beds as full size are a little too cozy for an extended stay.

We were able to have a great family vacation at Sean’s home. Great communication, easy check in and instructions. Home was very clean with plenty of amenities including a bottle of local wine, towels, soap, toilet paper, etc and all the kitchen items needed including good quality pans. Living room and bedrooms had plenty of room and were comfortably furnished. We made use of the fire pit by the canal and the gas fire pit on the deck and the new large grill for burgers! The deck furniture was very comfortable for spending time outside. A great place for your family.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean and had plenty of room for all of us. Sean was a great host and even called me back after I sent a few questions through the VRBO chat. The pictures did not fully do the property justice. It was lovely. Our kids also loved sharing a spacious room with their cousins and my parents were happy that their small dogs had a nice place to go outside. The patio and fire pit were beautiful. We didn’t realize that the pier and sand area was across a small road from the house when we booked, but it ended up working out well! Overall we would love to come back and stay again.

We had an amazing stay! The property is packed with thoughtful amenities that made our trip so enjoyable. It was exceptionally clean, well-stocked, and incredibly accommodating. The hosts seemed to think of everything—from plenty of coffee and extra fans to batteries, tape, and countless games.One of our favorite features was the bar and hangout area in the garage. It turned out to be the perfect place to spend a rainy evening, and we had an absolute blast.The kayak access was a great bonus, and having a boat slip was very convenient. Just keep in mind that the slip is on the tighter side, so if you have a larger boat, it’s a good idea to check with the host about the dimensions before booking.Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and we would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a fun, comfortable, and well-equipped getaway! The house was very clean. It was well stocked with supplies. The outside area was very comfortable and the fire pit and grill was very nice. We did need to clean the grill before we used it. The beds were not that comfortable. It might be a good idea to change to more comfortable mattresses. Another suggestion is that security bars should be installed in the bathroom showers as they are somewhat slippery and the bath mat doesn’t stay in place. Also, the basement door should have a lock on it if it is opened it is a not safe as there are no railings. The post is somewhat misleading as I did not see a beach or waterfront available to use. Overall we had a nice time.

This was such a great home! Our group enjoyed it so much! I thought the location was beautiful and fun! Our trip was to bring some first-timers to the nearby wineries for a fun fall weekend and visit friends in the area. We all had a great time! We felt comfortable and welcomed. This is a beautifully decorated, clean and very well stocked home with lots of room to relax. The propane firepit, gas grill, outdoor seating, and dinning area are very comfy. The neighborhood is super quiet and great for dog walking. Our disappointment was the "beach" area. It is more of a large sandbox leading to large rocks and a unswimmable, murky water channel. Unfortunately, the water softner is installed in a bedroom closet and tries to regenerate every night around 2:00 AM, runs for 3 hours and is quite noisy. The host was going to have a friend drop by to put salt in it but that did not transpire during our stay. We moved to an upstairs bedroom to solve the issue.

This place was fantastic! Super clean, comfortable and spacious. Communication with Sean was quick and effective. We loved the flexibility of checking in early if we needed it. Also appreciated the parking availability (including the garage which came in handy). There were plenty of kitchen utensils, plates, glasses, etc. for our family of 6. We also appreciated how dog friendly the space was...our dog was in heaven. The family also loved the fireplace especially for our winter visit. We are from the area and used the space as a family gathering spot over the holidays. It is a wonderful getaway space without a lot of distractions, just what we wanted. We will absolutely consider this home for future visits.

Stayed for 3 nights, 4 days and was sad to leave. Nice clean home by the water and very peaceful. We will definitely be back! If you're thinking of booking, do it! Highly recommend.

This was a beautiful rental. It was very clean and super cute!! I had to call the owner a couple of times for a couple questions and he answered immediately and assisted me. Will definitely be renting this little gem again!!

Great communication about everything related to our stay. The house was clean and comfortable. The dock is across the street and was convenient. We just didn’t get the opportunity to use the kayaks as it was too chilly for us in the morning and we spent the days with family on Dewey lake. We loved our evenings sitting around the wonderful fire pit. There was plenty of room for several people.

We had the best time here! We stayed for the weekend of our wedding and truly had no clue until we were told, that this is a new renal. All the attention to detail made it feel like this wasn’t their first rodeo! The house was incredibly clean!! It was so nice to sit by the fire outside on the couch and inside by the fireplace when it got cooler! The appliances were all brand new which made feeding our family and friends a breeze. The biggest help to us was how dog friendly it was! They have two baby gates and a dog run! That made having our dogs here super easy!The couches were super comfy and so were the beds! We also loved the multi level deck! We spent a lot of time out there! Thank you again for letting us stay in your home!
