Schöne Aussicht auf die Bucht !!! Luxuriöse 2 BR / 2 Full BA-Einheit in neuerem Gebäude mit zahlreichen Annehmlichkeiten! Nagelneues 55 "UHDTV, nagelneuer Bodenbelag, nagelneue Couch und nagelneuer Schlafhocker. Ausgezeichnete Ausstattung inklusive (wie Sie auf den Fotos sehen können) mit Geräten aus Edelstahl, Waschmaschine / Trockner im Gerät, HDTV in jedem Zimmer / Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett (wer braucht das wirklich für OC?)/ Toaster / Mixer / Kaffeemaschine. Noch wichtiger ist, dass das Gerät mit einer WLAN-Verbindung ausgestattet ist, um all diese Android- / Apple- / Kindle- / Microsoft-Geräte anzuschließen! Es gibt einen großen 55 "UHDTV im Wohnzimmer mit bereits vorverdrahtetem HDMI- und USB-Kabel, sodass Sie Ihre persönliche Xbox / Playstation / Apple TV / Roku / Chromecast / usw. mitnehmen können, um alle zu unterhalten! Sie können Filme streamen oder Ihre Lieblingsfernsehsendungen mit Ihren jeweiligen Netflix- / Amazon Prime-Konten abrufen, da das Gerät über kostenfreies WLAN verfügt.

Das Master-Schlafzimmer hat ein Kingsize-Bett, während das Gästezimmer ein Etagenbett mit Trundle hat. Das Wohnzimmer hat eine brandneue Couch mit einem Queen-Size-Bett. Das Gerät bietet Platz für 8 Personen, bietet aber bequem Platz für 6 Personen (2 im Hauptschlafzimmer, 3 (oder 4) im Gästezimmer, 1 (oder 2) im Wohnzimmer). Das Gebäude ist im Vergleich zu anderen Orten in OC relativ neu und verfügt über einen Innenpool (ideal an Tagen, an denen es zu heiß / kalt oder regnerisch ist), eine Sauna, ein Fitnesscenter und ein Spiel- / Billardzimmer.

Ausgezeichnete Lage neben dem Kongresszentrum und zu Fuß zu großartigen Restaurants (was noch wichtiger ist, ein kurzer Spaziergang zum Dumser's Ice Cream :) Ein Block vom Strand entfernt und dies ist tatsächlich eine der besten Strandlagen in OC, da es nicht so viele Hochwasser gibt In der Gegend gibt es VIEL weniger Menschen am Strand als in anderen Gegenden in OC. Die meiste Zeit sind 2-3 Familien am Strand und wenn Sie schon in OC waren, ist es in anderen Gegenden am schlimmsten.

Great Condo in Perfect Location

Annual family trip

My fam comes to OCMD every year and usually we stay beachfront but decided to give the bay a try this time and we loved it! The location is great, walking distance to many restaurants/ice cream/mini golf….quick walk to the beach…bay and ocean views. The condo was cute and clean, kids loved the indoor pool and it had a gym that we used each morning. Wilson was a very thorough host, he provided all the information we needed to ensure our stay was enjoyable.

Good time in wonderful location

Me and my family spent 5 days in this comfy, clean and quiet apartment. It ws realy filling of a "home far from home". And Ocean City itself is real gem. My grand kids enjoyed Amusment park, water park, mim golf, state park and wild hoses and - of course - beaches.

Perfect family getaway

This property was exactly what we were hoping for. Having the conveniences of home (quality washer/dryer, stove and microwave) while on vacation is a game changer for my family. It's welcoming, very clean and organized. The complex is quiet and family friendly. Located only a short walk from the beach.

Wonderful stay!

We were extremely pleased with our stay! I cannot say enough good things about the condo and ease of booking process. The condo was exactly as advertised- clean, spacious and comfortable for our family. We were all so pleased with it! From the beginning of the process with booking our stay up to checking in with us when our vacation ended, communication with the owner was thorough and helpful. We hope to stay here again the next time we are in OC!

Very Cute Bayside Condo

This condo is simply adorable. Very convenient to the Convention Center, The Dough Doller and many other eateries. The condo is nicely decorated and updated with beach decor. I enjoyed the coziness of it all since it rained most of our short stay. I would definitely stay here again for an event weekend.

I am glad you guys enjoyed your stay at our home away from home. The great thing about this building is that there are many things to keep you occupied when the weather is not cooperating outside (indoor pool, gym, sauna, pool tables). Girl's weekend for Ocean's Calling

It was a great experience. Clean condo with great views. The complex had a lot of amenities. And it was a great location. The property owner was very nice and responsive. Would definitely rent it again.

Great stay over the 4th of July

The condo is very modern, roomy and clean, although I would recommend getting rid of area carpeting that can't be cleaned between guests to give it a cleaner feel. The view of the bay was perfect with the sunset every evening. Having ample parking included was a plus and made it easy to come and go.

Excellent condo

Wilson is an excellent host. The property was clean and very nicely kept. The view off the balcony was beautiful. Can’t beat this place. 5 minute walk to the beach. You won’t be disappointed staying here!

We are from the Maryland area and we love going to the beach as a family. We love being hosts as we benefit from hearing all the wonderful experiences that other families can enjoy from Ocean City.

There are a few things we love about the building. First is the location as the beach is relatively quiet compared to other areas of Ocean City. Second, the building is relatively newer with tons of amenities including gym, sauna, billiards room, ample parking, and more importantly, the indoor pool with an outdoor feel (there are large "garage like" doors that opens up to the gentle breeze and serenity of the bay.
