August Rentals: Cleaning service is part of the rental fees; however, dishes must be done, dishwasher run, and all laundry left dry as the service may not arrive immediately after your departure. Food items must also be removed from refrigerators. We expect the property to be free of trash, spills on the patio, deck, and dock cleaned, and equipment, tables, chairs returned to their original location and appropriately stored. Excessive cleaning needs will be deducted from the deposit.

For monthly rentals or longer, house including area rugs and carpet must be professionally cleaned upon departure at renters expense. Referrals will be provided by owner.
