Cleaning service is part of the weekly rental fees; however, dishes must be done, dishwasher run, and all laundry left dry as the service may not arrive immediately after your departure. Food items must also be removed from refrigerators. We expect the property to be free of trash, spills on the patio, deck, and dock cleaned, and equipment, tables, and chairs returned to their original location and appropriately stored. Guest is responsible for costs of excessive cleaning needs.
