• We maintain a clean home with routine pest control, but be aware that island critters (ants, lizards, cockroaches, etc) may be occasionally be seen inside as it is a tropical climate. Wild chickens and roosters also roam the area and may enter into the yard.

• The location pin is approximate but not accurate. This home is located in a Kahuku residential neighborhood that is not gated and not walkable to the beach. Standard noise potential from a family friendly neighborhood is to be expected (children, dogs, wild roosters, etc).

* We have partnered with a provider of optional travel insurance, including a "cancel for any reason" option, if you need it. It's available for purchase after booking if the check-in date is at least 30 days away.
