Terrible experience
We are requesting a refund for unused stay at your property. While the listing appeared good online, the actual conditions were very different upon arrival.The condo was very dirty all over. •The bedroom /living room has no curtains, with large sliders directly open to outside view.•Bright lights shine into the bedroom from street all night.•The property is in an area with visible homeless presence outside both at the front and back doors, making us feel unsafe.•The bedroom feels more like a warehouse than a livable space. Without curtains. Open view to the outside. Dirty sheets , dirty towels. Dirty dishes. Only a few dishes. No cooking pots. Kitchen is not complete. Because of these conditions, we could not rest at night , and were unable to make it to our pre-booked boat tour to Catalina Island the next morning. We wasted our trip. We kindly request a refund for the unused nights due to the property being misrepresented and uninhabitable. He agreed with the refund, and told me he already put in VRBO. Later, I found out the refund was never issued . I called him on his cell phone and texted messaged to the owner, Archi without any response. He ghosted me. That’s very irresponsible. Lack of moral and dignity. This property appears to be a single bachelor home that he lived in a dirty open environment. Like a warehouse . He rented it out when he can find a guest. I’m not sure where he got those good reviews. It has to be fake.Mary
