The Space:

This condo offers 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and sleeps up to 6 guests.

Bedroom 1 has a QUEEN bed, ocean views, and a full en suite bathroom.

Bedroom 2 features a QUEEN bed, plus a twin-over-twin Bunkbed.

There is a full bathroom in the hallway, as well as a washer / dryer in the unit.



This condo building is located right by the ocean, so guests will enjoy a short walk to the beach, sunrise views, and salty breezes on the private balcony.



There is an on-site swimming pool, popular Italian restaurant - La Vecchia Fontana, an elevator, and covered parking with one assigned space for your ultimate convenience, plus extra outdoor parking in the parking lot, which is on a 1st come 1st serve basis.

Saturday to Saturday rentals in the Summer: 2-week minimum. ONE WEEK STAYS allowed only by special request, and a $50 per day fee will be added to the booking total for a one-week stay, in accordance with HOA policy.

There is also a $50 per reservation fee that is required by the condo association.



*Please note, the "Cleaning Fee" is all-inclusive of cleaning, amenities and other fees: As with all PMI Saltwater properties, you'll arrive to find the home stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, a fresh dish sponge, dish and laundry detergent, and all bath essentials (shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and hand soap). Professionally laundered quilts, bed sheets and bath towels are also included, as are beach tags and beach gear! Once you book, we'll help you arrange any number of concierge experiences to elevate your stay -- everything from an in-home massage to private yoga, professional photos, or a private chef to cater a special meal!



Other Things to Note:

The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and must be present at the property for the entire stay.

No Underage or Party Groups: We are unable to accommodate underage groups, including prom weekends, Senior Week, or any large gatherings.



This home is not pet-friendly; however, the owner has a dog that may be present from time to time. Rest assured, the home is professionally cleaned before every guest arrival.
