Pop a cork, light a fire, and take in the views at this unique space. "Eagle Top" is a modern treehouse perched above the mountains with an eclectic blend of rustic ambiance, a lush mountain view, a screened-in porch for sunrise and sunset, large jacuzzi, well-appointed kitchen, and fire pit area for stories that must be told over marshmallows and bourbon.
The cabin is a one level retreat opening up to a beautiful wraparound deck with glass across the perimeter, bringing in warm natural light throughout the day. Large living room w/ stone fireplace and gas logs, comfortable living room furniture, large kitchen with eat-in peninsula, sunroom dining area with mountain views, and an easy step out onto the beautiful screened-in porch with lounge furniture and outdoor dining area. Follow the deck to the jacuzzi positioned perfectly for relaxing while taking in the mountain views and starry nights. Porch has a propane grill and bench area to drop your hiking boots after a day on the trails.
The lodging consists of two large king bedrooms adorned with comfortable resort-like bedding and closet space for the weekend or week-long. The bedrooms share a bathroom with large walk-in shower.
Outside, guests may meander down to the landscaped fire pit area for mountain folk stories and roasted marshmallows, bourbon, and evenings turned to nights under the stars. This entire cabin retreat is design-centric and beautifully blends an eclectic retro vibe w/ the true to location rustic warmth. Within minutes to Lake Blue Ridge, Downtown Blue Ridge, multiple grocery and convenience stores, hiking and biking trails, and even walks on the community mountain roads, guests will feel right at home while tucked away at Eagle Top.
Guests will enjoy access to the entire cabin with the exception of locked owners closets.
Co-hosts are local and available. Please DO NOT contact cabin owners unless it's an emergency and you cannot reach the co-host.
Neighborhood is a quiet residential cabin community w/ both full time and second homes. Community is tucked away on a gravel road. Very private and secluded w/ year-round mountain views.
**This property can be dog-friendly upon request and pet deposit/additional cleaning fee!**
The cabin does have a fully-equipped laundry area located in the basement area. It is accessed via outside underneath the main level porch area.
This property is professionally managed by a host concierge that is available when needed.
All guests that book this cabin will be required to sign a rental agreement and provide proof of ID.
No parties, pets, or smoking allowed.
Access to the cabin is mostly paved with the exception of the last portion of the community road, which is gravel. The cabin's driveway is gravel with ample room to park at least three cars.
