650 sq ft 2 Schlafzimmer 1 Bad Eigentumswohnung. Maximale Belegung 3 Personen. Nicht rauchen in der Wohnung aber eine Breezeway gerade draußen ist ein ausgezeichneter Raucherbereich. Küche mit Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Kühlschrank, Geschirr und Utensilien, 5 Gallonen Flasche Wasserspender und 2 Nuwave Kochtöpfe mit Pfannen. Wohnzimmer mit Flachbild-TV mit Kabel und Wifi. Essbereich ist eine große Mahagoni Bar Top mit Sitzgelegenheiten für 4. EIN. Große Stereoanlage inklusive. Zusätzliches TV befindet sich im Master-Schlafzimmer. Gefliestes Bad hat große Dusche mit Duschsitz. Carrier-Klimaanlage hat Fernbedienung und jedes Zimmer hat einen Deckenventilator mit Licht. Private abgedeckte Golfwagen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Ausgezeichnetes Essen nur 40 Meter entfernt an der blauen Lagune, ramones oder Hurrikane, Piers in der Nähe für Tauchen, Schnorcheln, Angeln und andere Wasser Ausflüge. bad neighborhood

It is south of the bridge in a poor neighborhood. Seaweed was coming in with a bad smell. Also fairly near the garbage water dump area. We were expecting a secret beach type of beach but the water was unclear, no one was swimming in it, we felt a bit unsafe.

Right on the beach

This property offers a wonderful location right on the water and right in town. YYou won't miss out on anything here, and every morning you can start your day with a walk on the beach. It was difficult to communicate with the owner before I checked in, but once I was there, the property manager was very responsive and helpful.

Perfect spot for exploring the island

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. The location is ideal for exploring San Pedro. Walking distance to water taxi, restaurants, and right on the beach! Apartment was clean, fully stocked, and the host (Bob) went above and beyond for us. His communication was great, helped us get around, provided recommendations, and generally just a cool dude. If we get back to the island we will definitely stay here again.

Perfectly located on the island. I enjoyed the best of both worlds. A quiet resident with a quiet beach just feet away from the property and stores, restaurants, clubs, bars, gulf cart rental and water taxi just yards away. Property is very clean and the kitchen comes with any appliances you can imagine and an incredible air conditioning unit. I strongly recommend staying here.

Was very happy with the location and arrived with ease as the owner Bob met us at the airport in his golf cart to take us to our rental. Bob was very informative of the condo and how to work things, also the restaurants and bars within walking distance to us. Bob was prompt to help us with our needs and questions. Highly recommend this rental for it's cleanliness and comfort. We brought a small mixer for girly drinks and tea kettle. Would recommend getting a wine corkscrew however we were very accommodated with fresh towels, washcloths and even beach towels. We were able to take our chairs over to Ramon's resort to use their beach for swimming.

Great place and cant beat the price

Bob is a very nice and knowledgeable man. His place is nice and suited us just fine. He is right smack on the beach and right where you want to be to explore the town of san pedro. Thx Bob for a great affordable nice and clean place for our stay. If your not wanting to pay a fortune you need to stay here. I must mention JoJo, she is a neighbor and such a great lady, she also has alot knowledge of the area. We will stay again at Bobs place when we go back and we will definitely be visiting again. Bob thank you so much for all you do to make your renters feel welcome. Ps. Bob picks you up from the airport in San Pedro at no additional cost. Connie

This is a lovely place to stay in San Pedro. It is convenient, safe, and walkable to just about everything in the town of San Pedro (including restaurants, grocery stores, the airport, and snorkeling-excursion boat docks). Walking along the beach to the north or south was our favorite way to get around. Renting a golf cart was not necessary. Bob, our host, was so great! He was kind enough to pick us up at the water taxi dock at the beginning of the stay, and to drop us off at the end of the stay in his golf cart. He even left a huge jug of drinking water for us. We really appreciated that touch. This has been one of our favorite places to stay, over the course of our world travels. Thank you so much to Bob and Yasmin!

Juan the property Mgr (not the owner) was great. He picked us up from the airport, gave us a quick tour and brought us to the condo which I’m glad of because it would have been challenging to find without him. He also found us a great deal on a golf cart and was ready whenever we needed him. The place is nice and just one condo away from the water. The master bed wasn’t the most comfy, that depends on what you like I guess. It just so happened that they were remodeling the condo adjacent to ours and it created some significant noise but there wasn’t much they could do about it. Those were the only struggles we had with the place. It is located very conveniently near numerous restaurants, a grocery store and ice cream shop. Sitting on the in front of the condo was ok but vendors would come by often and disturb you. If you stay in the yard a little further from the water this might not happen. The condo provided chairs for you to take to the beach. I found the numerous food shacks at night by the art square? To be a good way to eat on the cheap and good street food. The Victorian House is very nice dining but be prepared to drop $100-$150. I anticipate that we will be back again. Hope this helps.

The location is incredible and I didnt hesitate to buy it on first look. The complex is mainly owner operated with only a few spaces rented on long term. I wanted to make sure I would have a place to stay when on the Island so I opted for home aways shorter term solution. I think you will enjoy my Island home and the permanent residents who live there.

You will be greeted at the airport by my manager and friend of 20 years. She is delightful and invaluable in helping you with your indoctrination to the Condo and the Island in general. She is fluent in English and Spanish as are most of the San Pedroans. Excellent restaurants are walking distance away but should you decide to rent a Golf Cart, Your private covered parking space is in front of your door. If your stay is longer laundry and maid services can be provided at very reasonable rates, In short your needs can be taken care of with the quite privacy you are looking for, Enjoy your stay!
