**Important** - Guests are to bring their own sheets, pillow cases and beach towels. We do provide seven pillows and five throw blankets as well as six bath towels for your convenience. All mattresses have zipper encasements which are to stay on.


Welcome to our seawall paradise! We are just steps to the ocean sand. Experience Brigantine like a local in this 2-bedroom condo. If you want a break from the ocean, enjoy a short stroll to the Bay and a short 1 mile drive to Brigantine Golf Links to make your tee time.

This lovely property features one king bed, one bunk bed (twin over full with a twin pull out trundle) can sleep up to four children. Also, there's an additional living room space with a queen bed for extra comfort. Perfect for a small group of guests. With amenities such as a washer and dryer, AC, and WiFi, you'll feel right at home. The equipped kitchen has a Keurig coffee machine, toaster, blender and other essentials to make your stay comfortable. The bathroom includes a hair dryer, a shower and towels for your convenience. This condo unit is the 1st floor of a duplex with a back door that leads to a small deck and access to a shared backyard with the upstairs unit. Here, you can enjoy a meal on our picnic table with use of a propane grill.

One of the most popular breakfast and lunch spots, Pirate's Den, is a short walk around the corner for morning coffee or an after beach bite. Bring your Bicycle for a short ride to shops and restaurants,

FOR YOUR INFORMATION DURING YOUR STAY..

*Please note that there are two cameras on the exterior of our property, a front door bell camera and a back door camera. These cameras are not monitored regularly and alerts will be silenced when guests are in our home. They are for security purposes only and to confirm the amount of guests entering the home if any questions arise. The cameras do not have a view of the inside of the home. Also note for guests with mobility issues or with babies, there are steps up to the front porch and door and also the bathroom has a shower and no tub.

*For your convenience there are two parking spots directly in front of the stairs to our front door. Please do not block the long driveway on right side of the house as that is occupied by the upstairs resident.

* We provide six beach badges which are required for adults and children over 12.

*Backyard propane grill available for your use with the essential grilling tools in kitchen bottom cabinet. Please be considerate to the next guest and if the propane is used up, you can refill it at Ace Hardware on the island.

*All garbage and recycling should be placed in the pales on the side of the house- outside our front door. Garbage day is Wednesday and the pales go to the curb on Tuesday night. Please do not leave any garbage behind.

*No eating or drinking in bedrooms so that we can keep the stains and critters out of our nice clean home.

*Please use coasters and hot plates on counters and wood furniture surfaces.

**Important** - Guests are to bring their own sheets, pillow cases and beach towels. We do provide seven pillows and five throw blankets as well as six bath towels for your convenience. All mattresses have zipper encasements which are to stay on.

*The locked closet in the hallway is off limits and not to be accessed as we love sharing our place with you, but not our bathing suits!

*Please be considerate and remove shoes in the house and thoroughly brush all the sand off your feet before entering after a great day at the beach.

**Loss of beach badges will result in a charge of $30 each. Please put them back in their box located on the fireplace mantle before leaving.

**Any damage or missing beach toys, chairs, home decor, etc. will be charged for appropriately.

**Reminder- the security deposit amount does not cover damages beyond a certain amount.**

Please treat our home as you would your own.
*No rearranging furniture.
*No illegal substances or weapons allowed on premises.
*Please wash dishes or run dishwasher prior to check out,
*No smoking or vaping of any products whatsoever indoors and respect neighbors of their open windows.
*Please shake off sand outside before washing in the washer and dryer.

*Please respect check in and check out times. Key code will be deactivated shortly after check out time.

***Absolutely no parties and no prom gatherings. Must be a minimum of 25 years old to book.***

*When entering, press the home button on front door and then enter code. when leaving close the door and press the lock button. A blue check will show if it locked successfully.*


*Beach toys, chairs and a couple of umbrellas are available for your use in the small crawl space accessed through the backyard under the main bedroom window. Enter the crawl space and you will see these provided directly to your right. Please return them to their place and close the crawl space after use.

*Wifi password will be provided the day of check in.

*All TV's are smart TV's. Please bring your streaming passwords. Make sure you sign out of your personal accounts before check out.

*When checking out please be sure to close and lock windows, turn off all heat completely as well as turn off AC's. Please make sure back and front doors are locked. Double check all gas appliances are set to the off position

LASTLY,
**Please toss the bath towels that were used during your stay in the washing machine and start a cycle with detergent so the cleaning people can dry and set out for the next guests.

We had a wonderful weekend anniversary stay at this Brigantine Beach getaway! The home was absolutely spotless and so well cared for. We especially loved the thoughtful seaside dĂ©cor—it really added to the relaxing beach atmosphere. Everything we needed was provided, making it easy to just settle in and enjoy our time. The location was perfect for a peaceful escape while still being close to the beach and local spots. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay.

Great location and responsive hosts

This cute, small condo has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Everything was there as listed. We had an issue with the bunk bed room smelling like cigarette smoke and the hosts were very responsive to figure out what it was and where it was coming from. It was nice that we had the queen bed pullout in the living room to stay. It wasn't the most comfortable but it worked. The hosts were excellent in their communication and responsive to concerns. Overall, we had a nice stay. Thank you!

Great location!

This was our first trip to Brigantine and loved the feel of this little island. This location was fantastic just steps away from the beach, which had great lifeguards and in the opposite direction the bay with beautiful sunsets. The house has new kitchen and furnishing. The beds were very comfortable just make sure you bring ample bedding including your own comforters they just provide very thin throw blankets and pillows. Each room had an air conditioner in the window which worked really well and a fan to keep you cool. The kitchen was new and had new appliances just make sure you bring all your own spices for cooking. The location is what sells this VRBO we were able to bring our bikes and bike pretty much everywhere on the island and had a blast. The host was a great communicator.

We love Brigantine. Having no busy boardwalk keeps our neighborhood quiet and relaxing. If we want action, AC and Ocean City are a short ride away!

Our condo is a 60 second walk to the seawall and beach. We have a nice little backyard with grill and eating area and also are only a half a block to the bay. Breakfast is easy with Pirates Den just around the corner.
