It’s known for its quiet streets, wildlife sightings (including deer roaming the neighborhood), and friendly, laid-back vibe. Guests love the easy access to the lake, nature trails, fishing spots, and hilltop views. You’re also just a short drive from local restaurants, Whitewater Amphitheater, tubing on the Guadalupe River, and grocery stores in Startzville.
Guests can easily drive around the area, and parking is free in the driveway. Boat parking is allowed. Comal Park is less than half a mile away, and several public boat ramps are nearby, ranging from 5 to 20 minutes by car. Local restaurants, gas stations, and grocery stores are all within a short drive. A car is recommended, as there is no public transportation nearby.
