Stockton Lake is waiting for you at this brilliant 1-bedroom house in Fair Play. There are miles of hiking trails, horse back riding, swimming, boating and fishing right outside your doorstep.
BEDROOM
The cozy bedroom features a king size bed with a 40" TV and plenty of room for hanging and storing clothes.
BATHROOM and LAUNDRY
The bathroom and linen closet have plenty of towels and beach towels. The shower/tub set up is equipped with a curved shower curtain to give you more room while bathing. Hair dryer, hand soap, cleaning supplies and two rolls of toilet paper are provided. Make use of the laundry facilities for added convenience.
LIVING ROOM
In the additional living space, you'll find a comfy sofa bed for extra guests. There is a single recliner and extra rocking chair with a coffee table to use for your laptop. The large TV swivels to be viewed in the dining room and kitchen. Roku TV and DVD are available for your use. Enjoy WiFi, AC, ceiling fan and heating during your stay.
KITCHEN and DINNING ROOM
Enjoy the very spacious kitchen with a breakfast bar and four barstools. The kitchen has everything you will ever need. Included are an air fryer, blender, crock pot, coffee maker and hot water pot. Cleaning supplies, extra dish soap, trash bags, towels and dishwasher pods included. The dining room table pulls out to seat 4 people as well.
BACK PORCH
Start the morning off with a cup of fresh brewed coffee on the screened in back porch which includes a sofa with two recliners and two outdoor chairs. Relax and take in the 3 acre private view. The porch has a TV with Roku and ceiling fan/light combo.
OUTDOOR SPACE
Spend a great evening cooking dinner on the gas grill and dinning outside. Light up the fire pit and enjoy a nice relaxing evening under the stars.

There are 3 areas to hike to the Stockton lake within a 1/4 of a mile.
Master boat launch is within 2.5 miles and includes a boat launch, swimming and fishing area.
Crabtree Cove within 4 miles, Stockton damn is approx. 12 miles.
Groceries are available at Woods in Stockton and Dollar General in Fair Play. Bolivar Walmart is a 20 minute drive.
Needmore RV and campground across the road offers a General Store and Needmore Event Center that has Karaoke on Friday nights and live local music on Saturday nights.

We are from Palmetto Florida and purchased this property to be close to my family that reside in Stockton Lake, Kansas City and Omaha Nebraska. We enjoy boating and fishing. We love the water and enjoy hiking. We fell in love with this location because of the woods with all of the birds and wildlife. It is very peaceful and fun to hang out, entertain our friends, have our family over for a cookout and great fire. We really would like our guests to enjoy it just like we do.

The neighbors are the Needmore RV and Campground. They have worked very hard to create an absolutely beautiful and enjoyable place. They have a General store and have created a one of a kind Event Center where they have local bands and other musicians play on Saturday nights. Also, the Event Center has just started Karaoke on Friday nights. Our property is just steps away from hiking, boating, fishing and horseback riding. It is a great area with a lot of friendly neighbors.

The property is near all the things you need but private and peaceful. It has the all the amenities and has a view of three acres of woods. There is a private fire pit and grill for the evenings that you can enjoy with your family and friends.
