House Rules

Check-out: 10:00 AM to allow our cleaning team to prepare for the next guests

-Please put all trash in the trash cans outside provided.
-Kindly leave ALL SHEETS on the beds.
-Linens & Towels
To help us maintain the quality and longevity of our linens, we kindly ask that guests do not wash towels, sheets, blankets, or other linens during their stay. Our housekeeping team follows a very specific laundering and sanitizing process for all linens and bedding.
-Please leave ALL SHEETS AND BLANKETS on the beds!
-PUT ALL DIRTY TOWELS AND WASHCLOTHS in the shower or bath tub.
If you need any extra towels, blankets, linens during your stay, please do not hesitate to reach out to us — we are happy to help make your stay as comfortable as possible.

-Please rinse all dirty dishes and place in the dishwasher, add dish pod, and hit start!🥰

Special Events: We welcome celebrations! Events, weddings, and parties are permitted with prior approval and may require an additional fee.

Hot Tub Safety & Care
-For the comfort and safety of all guests, please use only non-glass beverage containers in and around the hot tub area.
-After your final use of the hot tub each evening, please add one full lid of the provided hot tub crystals to the water and turn on the jets.
-To protect the hot tub system and maintain water quality, guests with self-tanner or spray tans are not permitted to use the hot tub. In addition, tanning oils of any kind are strictly prohibited.
‼️ Failure to follow these guidelines resulting in the hot tub needing to be drained, professionally cleaned, and refilled will result in a $350 maintenance fee

Furniture Arrangements: To maintain our design and prevent damage, please leave furniture in its original position

Outdoor Water Activities: To protect our landscaping, please refrain from using inflatables, pools, slip-n-slides, or sprinklers

No pets are permitted on the property. Any evidence or indication of an animal on the premises will result in a $500 fee.
