Brauchen Sie ein Haus für eine große Familie zusammen oder Urlaub - oder vielleicht zwei Familien. Dieses neue, maßgefertigte Haus, das im Juni 2017 fertiggestellt wurde, mit einer Garage für 2 Autos, einem massiven Rundum-Deck und einer Seeseite von 100 Metern ist perfekt für Sie.

Von dem Moment an, in dem Sie das Haus betreten, werden Sie durch zwei Fenstergeschosse von der atemberaubenden Aussicht auf den Belleau-See begeistert sein. In der ersten Etage befindet sich ein großer offener Wohnbereich, der sich über die gesamte Breite des Hauses erstreckt und mit einem großen Roku-fähigen Flachbildfernseher ausgestattet ist (einschließlich Live-TV über die YouTube-TV-App und Netflix). Die maßgefertigte Küche bietet Quarz-Arbeitsplatten, viel Stauraum und alle Werkzeuge und Geräte, die Sie für die Zubereitung von Gourmet-Gerichten benötigen, sowie zwei Weber-Grills auf dem Deck. Es gibt sogar einen bestückten Gewürzschrank. Aus der Küche ist eine Speisekammer und eine separate Waschküche. Und für die Menge gibt es einen benutzerdefinierten Bauerntisch, der bequem Platz für 10 Personen bietet (die Insel bietet auch Platz für 3 Personen). Auch aus der Küche ist ein Bad mit großer Dusche und ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett.

Die zweite Etage verfügt über ein Ensuite-Hauptschlafzimmer mit Blick auf den See, zwei Waschbecken im benutzerdefinierten Waschtisch, ein Queensize-Bett und einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Zwei weitere Schlafzimmer befinden sich im 2. Stock - eines mit Queensize-Bett und das andere mit 2 Einzelbetten. Die Schlafzimmer öffnen sich alle zum Wohnbereich im 2. Stock mit herrlichem Blick auf den See vom Balkon mit Blick auf. Es gibt auch ein weiteres Vollbad.

Die untere Ebene verfügt über ein zusätzliches Schlafzimmer mit einem Queensize-Bett. Es gibt auch einen zusätzlichen Schlafraum mit zwei Etagenbetten, darunter ein großes Bett in einem der unteren Etagenbetten. Ein weiteres Vollbad befindet sich auf dieser Ebene sowie ein weiterer großer Wohnbereich mit Auslauf zum See. Wenn Sie einen Großbildfernseher mit X-Box 360 Kinect und vielen Spielen, einen Airhockey-Tisch und einen Bereich für das wichtige Kartenspiel hinzufügen, haben Sie jede Menge Aktivitäten zu erledigen - oder nehmen Sie einfach einen Liegestuhl und entspannen Sie sich auf dem Deck oder am Wasser.

Für Wasserspaß gibt es ein 16-Fuß-Dock sowie zwei Kajaks, zwei Kanus und 2 Paddelboote, die für Ihr Vergnügen zur Verfügung stehen. Oder es gibt einen Start, wenn Sie Ihr eigenes Boot mitbringen möchten.

In der Nähe gibt es einige gute Restaurants, Golf, Shopping, Wandern oder einfach nur entspannen.

Wonderful Family Vacation

The whole family had a great time at this beautiful lake house! Plenty of room for 11 of us and activities for all ages! We made dinner every night in the beautiful well equipped kitchen and then fires and smores by the fire pit afterwards.The lake was beautiful and so relaxing. Bill and his son Jason were very responsive and helpful with any questions or concerns we had during the week. We all loved our vacation and looking forward to coming back again next summer!

Fantastic Lake House

We recently rented this home and could not have been more pleased with what it had to offer. The house sits on a beautiful, quiet lake and was well stocked with toys and supplies. We loved having the use of the kayaks and canoe outside and the air hockey table was a big hit with the kids inside. There is plenty of space to spread out and the house is very nicely furnished and decorated. Bill, the owner, is also fantastic to work with-very responsive and thoughtful. We highly recommend this house!

Perfect vacation home!

This location was absolutely perfect with beautiful views and an impeccably appointed home. Bill was extremely easy to work with and answered all questions promptly. The home is spacious and easily accommodated our family of six - we even had room to invite two cousins to sleep over one night - and there was still extra space! The use of the canoe and kayaks was very much appreciated and allowed us to enjoy the lake even more. It is very difficult to find a vacation spot that has everything that you could hope for - this place achieved that and then some!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this property to anyone looking for the perfect lakeside vacation!

Family Trip

Had an amazing time here with my family. Our group included adults as well as children and there was something for all. From the canoes and paddle boats to something as simple as digging in the sand there was always something to keep the kids busy. The house was very clean and very well stocked! My favorite area was the open kitchen, dining and living room layout. Very spacious and comfortable. Also, Bill made it easy to reach out with any questions and checked in to make sure everything was okay. This property is a 10/10 and would definitely recommend.

Beautiful home in a perfect location

Our three-generation family had a wonderful time at this lovely lake house. Every bedroom was comfortable and tastefully decorated. The location on the lake, with sunset views, could not be beat. The well-equipped kitchen made for relaxing meals at home. We appreciated all of the watercraft and were able to get everyone out on the water. We also loved the outdoor fire pit and had no trouble obtaining the online fire permit. Bill promptly replied to any questions that we had, and called to be sure all was well. I'm sure we will return for more family gatherings.

Beautiful house with plenty of space, right on the water

My family and I all stayed here. We had 10 adults and one baby, and at no point did it feel cramped or like there wasn't enough space. Bill has done a great job with this house, it was fantastic. The kitchen was nice and large, and plenty of space for seating-inside and out. He had two kayaks, two canoes, and two paddle boats for us, with plenty of PFDs and paddles, and lots of rafts and toys for the kiddo. The lake was also great, perfect for kayaking and fishing which we did a lot of. Bill was very responsive through the whole process and made it clear that if we had any questions just give him a call. I highly recommend staying here with your family.

Most Beautiful House on the Lake

We recently returned from a stay at this beautiful home. It is a lovely home with a warm and tranquil decor. The main level is a nice open space with views of the lake from each angle. It is a spacious home that comfortably housed our large party of 8 adults and 8 children. We enjoyed swimming in the lake and using the kayaks and canoes that were made available. We spent much time on the expansive deck and grilling on the Weber grill. The kids watched movies in the basement most nights. The fire pit helped topped the evenings off with s'mores and chats by the fireside. We attempted to make some trips to explore the area but everyone desired to remain put at this beautiful house. We were all very sad to leave. And Bill is a pleasure to work with - thank you for allowing us to use your home. We look forward to returning.

Perfect for our family reunion in celebration of my Dads 80th birthday

The house was a perfect size for our family reunion which had the ages ranging from 1 year - 80 years old. We had 9 adults and 4 children.(1,2, 9, &11yr old) There were bedrooms on every level which allowed for napping young ones and those who don't want to do a lot of stairs. The 4 bathrooms were beautiful and appreciated with so many people. The owner Bill Rowan checked in with us on day 2 to make sure everything was all set, just like all the reviews stated he was quick to respond to any questions I had during the whole process, and genuinely cared about making sure our stay there was accommodating to our needs. My family also wanted me to mention our very comfortable the beds were!! The lake is just beautiful, and my family was very appreciative of the canoes, paddle boats and kayaks available for us to use. So if you have a big family or looking for a place to hang out and enjoy a quiet relaxing time with a group of friends this is the place for you.

Absolutely Amazing Home with An Even Better View!

We rented this home to attend Laconia Bike Week 2018. There were 6 couples in our party. We were absolutely amazed when we saw the home. It's well built, beautifully decorated, and extremely spacious. The garage was great for keeping the motorcycles when we weren't riding. The fire pit area by the lake was a great place to unwind after a long day of riding. Everything we could ever need besides food and alcohol was available in the home. The owner was wonderful to deal with and sent my husband many emails describing the area and where to go for ice cream, meals, etc. The neighbors are extremely friendly and spent a night chatting with us by the fire. The home is within an hour of Portland, Maine, which is a beautiful area to see. We would highly recommend staying in this home and will definitely be back in the future.

Spacious lake house with all the amenities

This is a beautiful house with a nice private sandy beach, situated on a quiet lake. The house is fully stocked with all the necessities to cook and serve our large group. We stayed with another family of six for a total of twelve, there were enough beds for all to have their own bed, nobody had to share a bed or sleep on a sofa or cot. The kids had a great time on the lake fishing, boating and swimming. There are plenty of game options and there was never a dull moment. The ability to setup a movie projector and screen on the deck for an outdoor movie night was an added bonus. Bill is a wonderful host, he called the first day to make sure we had no problems and again a couple of days later to check if we had any questions or concerns. I got the feeling he was truly concerned about making sure we had a great time while staying at his home. I would highly recommend spending some time at this house.

2nd Year In Row and We Can't Wait to Go Back!

This home is the perfect place for a family vacation! I just love this property for so many reasons! The lakeside location is amazing and the house has every amenity you might need. This is the second summer in a row that my family (12 of us this year) rented from Bill and he is a pleasure to work with. We thoroughly enjoyed our week on the lake and did not have to leave the property once, nor did we even want to......we spent our days relaxing, swimming, fishing, boating (we brought our 18' bass boat), playing games and sitting around the fire pit at night. The sunrises are amazing, I recommend waking up early and taking one in. The beauty of this house is that it is thoughtfully and functionally laid out to accommodate large groups with 4 full baths, 6 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and plenty of living space. We had 7 young adults (cousins) in the lower level which gave them their own space to hang together......I spent most of my time on the deck with either a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. It was truly a very relaxing week and we cannot wait to return.

Perfect Spot for Winter Getaway

This year my group of 10 high school and college buddies were looking for a new spot for the 14th annual pond hockey trip. This house delivered in every way possible. The layout is great with plenty of bedrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked including a crock pot and griddle. I appreciated the convenience of the towel and linen service. The game room came in big for those late night poker games. I liked having access to the connected two car garage for storing wet hockey equipment, hoses and pumps etc. It was great to have the outside fire pit with a supply of firewood to warm up. The owner, Bill, provides detailed information and checked in to make sure everything was perfect. Access to the lake was a little steep in the winter but manageable. The lake had about 2’ of ice and 1.5’ of water below the ice so very safe for skating. We enjoyed some awesome hockey back there. Good times for sure. I would not hesitate to stay at this property again. You can’t go wrong with this one.

Perfect home for our large family!

This house was beyond perfect for our family. We had 7 adults and 6 kids (5 of whom are under the age of 4). The house is spacious, comfortable, and was well stocked. There were toys, books, a high chair and booster seat, and lots of small life jackets and floats for the kiddos! The beds were super comfortable, and it was nice that we didn't have to worry about stripping the beds and doing the laundry before leaving. The lake is beautiful, and the kids had a blast wading in the water at the small sandy beach. It is obvious that Bill cares about his guests and wants them to enjoy their time at the lake. He was very responsive to any questions I had leading up to our stay. We had a slight snag with the wifi on our first night, and Bill had the cable repairman there first thing the next morning! I honestly felt like if he lived closer he would have driven over to try and fix it for us. He could not have been more accommodating and helpful. He also explained how to use their outdoor movie screen and projector which was really cool! Thank you, Bill for opening your beautiful home. We are hoping to return next year!

Wonderful lake house

We recently stayed at this house with a family of 6 adults and 5 children. There was plenty of room for us all. The home was exactly as described and then some. It was beautifully decorated and we could not have felt more "at home." There was so much at the house that it was wonderful we did not have to pack some thing for the kitchen, linens, beach towels. Ther was also quite a few baby/children's items that were wonderful to have on hand - a high chair, pack n play, portable play yard, toys, etc. Especially when traveling with children, the less you have to pack the better. The lake was enjoyed by all - whether relaxing by it, fishing, using the kayaks and canoe, or swimming in the water. It was perfect. The kids enjoyed making s'mores by the fire pit at night. The neighbors were very welcoming and invited us over to their annual cookout. The area, overall, was quiet and peaceful. Bill was awesome to work with. He was so helpful with providing us with some great area info ahead of time, checking in with us to make sure our trip was everything we expected and responded immediately to any questions and/or concerns. It was easy to see how much he loves the area and we did too. We wish we had more time there and we literally had to pull the kids out of there. We can't wait to return. If you go, he was correct about the local ice cream cones being huge! ; )

Fantastic Family Vacation - Can't Wait to Return!!

My family (5 adults & 7 kids/young adults) just returned from a week at this lake-side oasis. I'm in withdrawal because this vacation was so relaxing and enjoyable. The house & location exceeded my expectations and we cannot wait to go back! Everything about this house has been designed to let you relax and enjoy the lake. You never have to leave….and you won't want to. We spent our days on the beach, swimming, tubing, kayaking & canoeing, fishing, reading, playing board games and sitting around the fire pit every night, laughing, telling stories and making smores…..and most importantly, making memories. The house is beautiful and thoughtfully designed, spotlessly clean, well equipped and has all the amenities you need! The layout is fantastic for a large family with plenty of living space, bedrooms, 4 FULL bathrooms and a kitchen that is spacious, warm and welcoming. We enjoyed leisurely cooking dinners, grilling endless amounts of food, relaxing and enjoying our meals around the giant kitchen table. And there wasn't one gadget we were lacking.....the kitchen is truly fully stocked with whatever you might need! Bill is telling the truth when he says just bring your clothes and food! The lower level with two bedrooms, a full bath and living area complete with tv, air hockey table and card table, was perfect for the young adults, giving them a great space to hang out, relax and just spend time together. This was my first experience renting a vacation home and Bill has set the bar pretty high because he was fantastic to deal with. He patiently answered all my questions (and there were many as a rookie renter) within hours of me emailing him. He made great recommendations and made the rental process seamless and easy. He checked in with us during the week to make sure everything was perfect and was truly committed to making sure we enjoyed our vacation. Life can get incredibly busy and hectic working and raising a family…..and this lake house is the perfect place to slow down, decompress and reconnect with family. Five stars is not enough for this house…..the view alone is worth 10. Thank you Bill, we look forward to coming back to Belleau.

My family had a wonderful time. The house was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. Check in was easy and the owner provided helpful tips for the house and for restaurants and groceries in area. The view was stunning and the house had every amenity you needed. The family was able to relax and enjoy our stay. Thanks!

Amazing home, awesome vacation

This was our third time renting this home for our vacation. We are a family of 15 adults. This house is just perfect for our large family. All of the bedrooms are well-appointed. Everyone gets to have a nice bedroom. East Wakefield is the perfect spot for a fall getaway. The lake is beautiful and the host is very helpful and accommodating. We highly recommend and hope to return soon!
