• Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required at check-in to cover any incidental damages. It will be fully refunded at check-out if no damages are reported.

• House Rules: To ensure a pleasant stay for all, please adhere to our house rules: no smoking indoors, no pets, and quiet hours from 11 PM to 7 AM.

• Cleaning & Maintenance: The apartment is thoroughly cleaned before your arrival and once weekly during your stay. Additional cleaning services are available upon request for an extra charge. Regular pool and garden maintenance ensure these areas are pristine for your enjoyment.

• Utilities: Electricity is charged separately at local rates per usage, a standard practice on the island to promote conservation. Water is included in your stay. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the residence

• Safety: Your safety is our priority. The residence is equipped with a first-aid kit, fire extinguisher, and a secure safe for valuables. Emergency contact information is provided for added peace of mind.

• Group Restrictions: No all-male groups allowed. No groups of teenagers or young adults without multiple positive reviews.
• Overnight Guests: No visiting guests are allowed to stay overnight.
• Booking Policy: We accept direct customers only; no agent or third-party bookings will be accepted. The main booker must be one of the staying guests.
• Cleaning Schedule: Cleaning and linen changes are provided every 7 days. Extra daily cleaning can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.
• Smoking Policy: There is a strict NO smoking policy inside the villa. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
• Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of xxx xx (or equivalent in other currency) will be required upon arrival.
• Pool Maintenance: The pool is serviced twice a week to ensure cleanliness and safety.
