Two nice sized bedrooms located on opposite sides of the suite for added privacy. Laundry room has all the cleaning supplies you may need during your stay. The bathroom is a nice size with a tub/shower combo.

The Space:
PRIMARY BEDROOM: Comfortable King-sized bed with lots of room to walk around. The closet has hangers for hanging clothes and extra blankets. This room is located off the kitchen.

SECOND BEDROOM: Another large room with a queen-sized bed. Closet has hangers for hanging clothes and extra blankets. This room is located off the living room.

BATHROOM: Full bathroom with a bath/shower combo and lots of room to get ready. Hand soap, toilet paper, and cleaning supplies provided. Extra towels located in the closet outside the bathroom.

WASHER/DRYER: Washer and dryer are conveniently located in the common space. You have a secured locked door that only opens from the inside into the common laundry area. Stocked with laundry soap and dryer sheets.

KITCHEN/DINING: The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for cooking and cleaning. Coffee maker, pots, pans, knives, toaster, microwave, and other cooking and dining essentials. Dining room has seating for up to 4 people.

LIVING ROOM: This roomy living area provides great entertainment with a smart television that has access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, and many other streaming services.

PARKING: There is free driveway parking for one vehicle at the back of the property, directly in front of your private entrance. Free street parking is also available at the front of the property. There is a walking path to your entrance.

Guest Access:
You have full access to your suite and the laundry room area.

Westpointe is a great family neighborhood. Lots of playgrounds for family fun.

PARTIES/SOCIAL EVENTS: In accordance to Airbnb's policy, we impose a strict ban on all kinds of mass gatherings, parties, and this location is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the house or within 15 feet of any exterior door. Violators caught will be fined as much as $500.

PETS: Sorry, no pets allowed at this location. There will be a minimum fine of $500.00 for any pets found to be staying at this property. The fee will cover the costs for professional cleaning of any fabric surfaces and carpets.
