OCEANFRONT ON THE PROMENADE – NEW LISTING! Relax and watch the waves on the beach and the sunsets in the evening from this lovely condominium with fun beach themes all throughout. From the 3rd floor end/corner unit especially, you will most definitely enjoy the expansive ocean views! The balcony overlooks the famous Promenade and with just steps to the beach path, this condominium is perfect for a perfect little beach getaway. Kitchen and bath are fully appointed, including a dishwasher and including dishes, cookware, coffee maker, etc. Just bring your food and spices (or enjoy some of the fabulous restaurants in town).
In the evening, after you’ve had all your beach fun, you can watch the flat screen SmartTV and login to your favorite app’s to your own favorite accounts. Balcony with outdoor chairs are provided to enjoy the amazing ocean and beach views!! Sunsets are amazing from here. Kitchen is fully appointed and includes dishwasher. Plenty of dishware and cookware, and coffee pot.
The bedroom has a King bed and interior bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Living room has a Queen Murphy bed (wall bed that pulls down in living room for extra sleeping). The hall bathroom has a double door walk-in shower. There is coin-up laundry on site and a sand washing station down in the parking area. Parking is on site and for larger vehicles, there is additional parking across the street on the East side of Beach Drive. Restaurants and shopping, movie theater, arcade, gelato and ice cream for example, are just 2 short blocks north, and of course the beach; just steps straight ahead. Outdoor furniture for your enjoyment on the balcony to watch the beautiful sunsets. Elevator is on site. Parking for 2 vehicles. Walking distance to just about anywhere in town. No pets (HOA rule). Some of the best views to be had and great times for all are at the beach.

The decor is pretty dated, but everything else was great. Quiet. Easy parking. Safe neighborhood. Many restaurant choices within walking distance. Stunning ocean views. Easy beach access. Unit was very clean and comfortable. Huge balcony to watch the ocean/ beach from. Saw a gorgeous sunset from there. Great communication from the host. Would recommend this stay.

The bed was extremely comfortable and great view from the front window but does get a bit warm with the sun coming through.Everything was nicely organized and easy to find and ample room to store items we brought.Drapes in the living area were a fragile probably due to sun exposure and difficult to close with the right side coming off the track.Being on the third floor we did have noise trouble with children in the rented unit above us thumping around. I would rent again but ask for upper floor and that is the only reason I felt the cost value wasn’t a 5 star.Overall we were very happy and enjoyed our stay and oils do it again!

Everything was very clean. The view was excellent since there were two walls of floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors. The third floor was perfect for seeing the ocean without being too high and remote. You can hear people walking (or whatever they are doing) above. So bring some ear plugs. There is no-smoking in the whole property so it's nice to not be bothered by neighbors smoking on their balconies. The balconies are nice size with two chairs. Also, there is a convenient place in the parking lot to clean off sand from the beach so it's not all over the building and unit. There's plenty of guest parking. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Much prefer the square footage and extra bathrooms in this vintage unit. Vary as individually owned but this unit is a stand out. Great attention to comfortable furniture.

Enjoyed staying at this property very much! Everything was clean, beds were very comfortable, and they had everything we needed in the kitchen. Also, the view could NOT BE BEAT! This was our first experience using a VRBO and we'd certainly try it again.

The condo was very nice, the decor lovely. I did have two problems, the oven in the fancy stove would not work for me. I tried several things and did finally get it to work twice and finally had to call for help, Erin came right away and also could not figure it out but so she went to the breaker and sent to off and then on that did the trick. Also being from Wa. I had an issue trying to figure out the TV, took me at least 2 hrs. I suggest some instruction on using the TV would be helpful. I enjoyed my stay. Beautiful view of the ocean from the room.

This place in Seaside was absolutely worth the price. The decor has a fun, nostalgic vibe that anyone who grew up in the 80s will appreciate. The space felt cozy, charming, and memorable. The 80s vibe reminded me fondly of my childhood homes decor. However, unlike my childhood home, there is no faint nauseating stench of cigarettes because the entire building is smoke and vape free, which I truly appreciated.All the essentials were thoughtfully provided, which made the stay easy and comfortable. The only thing missing was a coffee bean grinder, so we happily left one behind for future guests to enjoy.Although we didn’t stay with our children on this trip, the layout would be perfect for a family. The Murphy bed in the living area adds flexibility for sleeping arrangements, and there was ample seating and space. The two bathrooms were meticulously clean, which always earns high marks in my book. Finally, the weather was a bit chilly, but there was plenty to keep us entertained indoors, including board games and a pair of nifty binoculars which we put to good use.Even though I was working, while we semi-vacationed, I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. Overall, a well-kept, comfortable, and character-filled spot that delivers exactly what I had hoped for in a beach getaway. I plan to return and bring the entire family next time.

It was a great experience. The view of the ocean is spectacular. The condo is comfortable and nice. The parking leaves a little to be desired. I would definitely stay there again.

We had a great time the condo was lovely except for a couple of things which was the mattress was not comfortable, and also the bedding sheets were very old and they had a really bad smell. After a long day of driving, we expect a comfortable mattress and updated bedding sheets that are clean. Also there was a lot of noise at night specially after hours where doors were slammed, and you could hear people talking and laughing but the location was really good , the condo was equipped with everything that was needed, and it was very clean other than the bedroom, bedding and the mattress

The place was spotless, well organized and totally comfortable. The view(s) were spectacular. Walking distance from plenty of tasty and fun places. Sisu brewery was worth the visit, just down the street! Easy drive to both Cannon Beach and Astoria for additional sight seeing. Host communication was great and they are really on top of it! All in all a great relaxing time!!
