Your one-bedroom home-away-from-home in New Orleans offers an enjoyable space to relax and take advantage of the convenient amenities provided. New pics coming, please inquire and I will send what I have until we get them on the site!
This historic building has been carefully converted into apartments taking care to retain the beauty and charm throughout each home. Granite counter tops, high ceilings and polished wood floors are all part of her character - and await your arrival!
This very safe and secure building includes: locked entry, elevator, fitness room, and rooftop deck area with fabulous city views!
Our spacious 800+ sq. ft. apt. is tastefully decorated and fully equipped with everything you need. IDEAL OCCUPANCY is 4 adults, but please reach out for a conversation if you have 5 in your group.
We have a large living/dining open concept with a comfy queen sofa sleeper for extra guests. The bedroom has a queen bed, a dresser and night stands, and leads into a large combination walk-in closet/dressing area with vanity table & chair; the washer and dryer is located in the dressing area, the bathroom is en suite.
We provide bath conveniences: 2 hair dryers, lots of soft towels, extra linens, blankets and pillows. We have laundry supplies if you need to wash while there. We do not provide toiletries.
KITCHEN INCLUDES: oven, range, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator/freezer/ice maker, Keurig, toaster and water cooler! We have coffee pods, non-dairy creamers, and sugar/non-sugars, too.
Other comforts you will enjoy are central air & heat; ceiling fans; 55” TV (cable provided) in both the living & bedroom; and complimentary high speed private Wi-Fi. If you want to see the current pics of the apartment, see www.vrbo.com/1723524. The reviews are there as well.
GARAGE PARKING is available in the public garage next door, please ask about our rate - it is considerably less than standard rates. The garage is staffed 24/7, well lit. NOTE: Our contract is for (1) VEHICLE. 7'-0" MAX ENTRANCE, NO DUALLYS OR OVERSIZE VEHICLES. The GARAGE DOES NOT HAVE AN ELEVATOR, you will self-park on level 3 or above. If you have mobility issues (or several bags), ask to be let off at the building entrance before the car is parked. We provide all the details you'll need, too.
IMPORTANT POLICIES - PLEASE REVIEW:
WE DO NOT ACCEPT 3rd party rentals. The person that books is the person that stays. Our House Rules reflect this as well. If you book for someone else your reservation most certainly will be canceled. Thank you for your understanding.
Our building and home are both SMOKE FREE. NO PARTIES or GATHERINGS/NO PETS allowed onsite as well. Smoking is allowed on our balcony w/the sliding door closed, please. You may also smoke outside the front of the building and on the rooftop deck.
As this is our home, the above mentioned are NON-NEGOTIABLE. Violators will be asked to leave immediately without refund, possibly forfeiting their deposit, and may result in an additional cleaning fee. We've never had to do this - our guests rock!!
WE RECOMMEND purchasing TRAVELER'S INSURANCE if you visit Nola during H season (we don't say the word). Vrbo will not cover you. We only refund if a mandatory evacuation has been ordered.
When you send a booking request you are confirming you understand our policies and will honor them - and we're very appreciative!
If you have questions prior to booking, my response time will be within 4 hours as long as your message is sent between 8AM and 7PM EST.
