About this space
Welcome to our inviting and spacious 3-bed, 1-bath home, perfectly situated in the heart of Canon City. Our home offers the ideal blend of comfort and convenience for your stay. Enjoy a quiet and relaxing retreat with all the essentials, including a fully stocked kitchen, a roomy living and dining area, and a covered outdoor patio—perfect for unwinding and soaking in the fresh mountain air. Whether you're here for adventure or relaxation, our home is the perfect base for your visit!
The space
The back covered patio allows for a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a drink (or smoke) in the evening or just to sit an enjoy the Colorado air.
We are a short walk to Harrison Park and centrally located for quick access to activities, local attractions, climbing areas, and neighboring towns.
We host traveling professionals for 30+ day stays. Please inquire for options for your extended stay needs.
The garage and shed in the back yard are not accessible to guests,
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home. In addition there is on and off street parking.
Please remember that you're staying in house not a hotel. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action as soon as possible. If you notice any items that need to be addressed during your stay, we appreciate you letting us know. Thank you!
Other things to note
The guest manual/house manual has a lot of useful information to include local trails, resource guides, restaurants, WiFi info, etc. it is located inside the home and we ask that you review it, as it helps answer some of the most commonly asked questions about our home and area.
Smoking is allowed outside. No marijuana products to be brought inside the house. If the house smells of marijuana and mitigation is required, there will be an additional fee.
We do not allow late check-outs.
We allow up to 2 well-behaved dogs. Please add your dog(s) to the reservation. Additional dogs may be considered for an additional fee. Please inquire prior to booking.
You must agree to use the pooper scooper provided to pick up after your pet(s). You must also agree to use the provided dog blankets on the furniture if your pets are accustomed to getting on the furniture. We have designated dog towels for their use if needed.
Please note that since we do allow dogs at this house, our cleaners do their best to thoroughly clean after each guest however there may be places that dog hair hides so if you would prefer, we have other places that we don't allow dogs.
There are a variety of Colorado wildlife (rabbits, deer, bear, etc) that may walk past or be around during your stay. Please be respectful as this is their home and do not chase them.
Please remember that you're staying in a house not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP :)
Any items left behind and not claimed will be donated after 30 days. If you wish to have them mailed back to you, there will be a $30 fee for s/h required before sending, and we mail on Friday's. Thank you!
