🚨‼️ 4WD is REQUIRED in the winter months, from October to April. NO exceptions! Roads can change quickly at 8,500 ft elevation, so come prepared. ‼️🚨

🅿️ Ample parking available for guests. Trailer parking is okay, but camping or staying in RVs outside the home is not allowed. Max occupancy is 12 guests—no exceptions.

🛒 Plan to bring groceries before driving up the mountain. The local hardware store carries basic items, and there are a few great spots in The Village for dining, depending on the season.

🐶 Dog-friendly! House-trained, well-behaved pups under 75 pounds are welcome (up to 2 small dogs totaling 75 pounds or 1 large dog). No other pets allowed.

🔥 Propane for the grill is provided. Firewood for the outdoor fire pit is not stocked—feel free to bring your own!
