Genießen Sie einen spektakulären Meerblick. Sie werden überwältigt sein von der weiten Aussicht auf Sugar Beach, dem Blick auf das Wasser vor dem Lanai und den Klängen des Ozeans. Diese Wohnanlage ist geschmackvoll mit Möbeln und Accessoires in einem wunderschönen modernen Familienstil gestaltet. Die Wohnanlage bietet viel Platz zum Entspannen - großer Wohnraum und überdachte Veranda.

Das Gerät befindet sich im vierten Stock in Südlage und verfügt über 15 Meter spektakulären Meerblick aus dem Schieberegler und Schlafzimmerfenster. Genießen Sie von Ende Dezember bis Mitte April von unserer Veranda aus die größte Walbeobachtung in Maui, während die Buckelwale ihre Jungen zum geschützten Wasser der Maalaea-Bucht bringen. Der weltberühmte Güterzug ist eine der schnellsten und längsten Wellen, am besten im Sommer. Sie werden die Aussicht auf den Haleakala-Vulkan von der Wohnung aus sehen und Molokini Island, Kahoolawe Island, der Maalaea Harbour Marina kann vom äußeren Permimeter der Wohnung aus gesehen werden. Dies ist eine großartige Lage in der Nähe aller Attraktionen von Maui - 10 Minuten vom Flughafen und 40 Fuß vom Meer entfernt. Die Wohnung ist nur wenige Gehminuten vom Maui Aquarium, dem Hafen von Maalaea für Walbeobachtungstouren und einem abgelegenen 11 km langen weißen Sandstrand entfernt.

AMAZING PLACE TO STAY!!

This place has everything from beach chairs, cooler, beach towels to spices and condiments for cooking! Traveling so far they have really thought of everything and the place was bigger than we expected, the pictures don't do it justice. Definitely stay here if you are looking for the best place!

The host was the best. The location was perfect. All necessary amenities were there. The TV in the living room kept turning itself off. There was water coming up through the flooring in the kitchen making the floor slippery all the time. We wiped it up several times but had to be careful when walking in the kitchen.

The view was phenomenal! The unit was fully stocked, from beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas to just about everything you would need in the kitchen. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Very comfortable and great location

The condo was well supplied and comfortable. Some condos can be cramped, especially 2-bedrooms. But this one was nicely sized with a comfy sectional in the living room. There are a few shops and restaurants within walking distance, as well as the Maaleaa Harbor for whale watching tours, etc. I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay

Very well stocked and appointed condo in a great location with a lanai overlooking the pool and Maalaea Bay. Watch and listen to the ocean surf from the condo or grounds, which are beautifully kept. We were able to walk to several restaurants and shops, the Maui Ocean Center, and the Maalaea Bay harbor where we caught a short whale watching cruise. This is a relatively quiet spot, but centrally located for much of you would want to see in Maui and just a 20 minute ride or so from the airport.

A happy vacation.

We stayed here for a week. The area is quiet and relaxing as well as being convenient for going anywhere on Maui. We loved sitting on the balcony and being able to see whales in the bay. The condo is well equiped for cooking with not only the dishes etc but having spices too. It is nicely laid out. Pat was wonderful to deal and had seen to every detail in making our stay the best it good be.

I am happy you could get away from the bitter cold in Michigan and were able to enjoy the great performances of the whales. Maui is a relaxing place especially the lullaby of ocean surf to help one drift off to sleep. We love to cook in when in Maui and enjoy making sure those who also like to do that have a well equipped kitchen n not have to run to store for the extras. Mahalo for renting our condo!!! Wonderful location. Great stay.

We spent seven nights in this condo and it was absolutely wonderful. My favorite was the proximity to a very quiet beach, just down the road. I would run along the beach every morning and evening and hardly a soul was there. The condo itself was cozy and clean and had a wonderful view of the ocean. The two bathrooms were super nice. The kitchen was well stocked. The location on the island was great. 15 minutes to the airport, and centrally located to other parts of the island. But the area was super quiet.Overall we had a great stay!

Hidden Gem Centrally Located

We love this condo and Pat was very attentive and quick to respond to any questions we had. The Ma'alaea area is very centrally located and not more than 20 minutes away from the things we wanted to see on the island. Plus, within a 5 min walk, we visited the Maui Ocean center and the long long beach in front. There are also bars and restaurants within a 5 min walk. We really enjoyed the unit, it was very clean and modern with a beautiful view of the pool and the ocean. Thanks again Pat!

Perfect Stay In Paradise

The condo was everything we hoped for. Spacious, comfortable, convenient, beautiful views, and central location ideal for exploring the entire island. It was our first stay in Maalaea vs the main tourist areas of West and South Maui and the condo is a hidden gem, plus a good value for a true 2BR/2BA (not easy to find on Maui). Area is tranquil, right on the water and walking distance to beaches, the harbor, aquarium, and a handful of shops and restaurants. Plus, easy access to the highway and a short drive to Kihei, Olowalu, Iao Valley, Kahului, and more. Pat was phenomenal to work with, great communication and generously shared info, tips, and recommendations. Mahalo and a hui hou!

Comfortable!

It’s a quiet friendly, up kept environment. Condo is perfect for two couples having their own bathroom or for a family. All you need is food, the kitchen is stocked like home. Pool and grounds are really nice. View from the condo is beautiful. Location is a 10-15 either way to the bigger towns if you’re into shopping. There is a restaurant called Dante’s that was good and reasonably priced, only a few minutes walk. There’s also a fast food place, bumper cars/mini golf and a store in the neighbourhood. We’d rent this condo again if we’re fortunate to go again.

Breathtaking!

We were absolutely pleased with everything at Pat's condo. Spotless and well maintained.There was not an item we needed as she has everything at your fingertips. Great appliances, nice dishes and you could be there for a period of time and not have a need except for groceries. Beautiful view from the lanai and grounds are well kept. Plenty of information to look at so you can plan your daily trips. The beach is an easy walk and clean. Easy excess to local restaurants and the harbor. Always have enjoyed staying in these condos as we were centrally located for all activities. Pat was commodating and very helpful. Thanks for sharing your home, Gerrie

Very kind owner

This is not a review of the property as I never actually stayed there, but of it's owner, Pat. We booked with her for a 5 day stay, and then had "circumstances beyond our control" just 3 days after booking. I contacted her to let her know and within the week she had refunded our entire deposit, not just the part I was expecting. Thank you, Pat for the honesty and consideration!

Fantastic find! Condo was just as pictured. Clean, comfortable, and great location. We didn’t end up using the kitchen as much as we thought we might, but the kitchen was nicely stocked with anything we would have needed. The filtered water was awesome to have as well. Beds, towels, and couches were extremely comfortable as well. Didn’t have any issues with noise from neighbors or courtyard. Keyless entry was a breeze. Was slightly worried about the street parking, but it was always easy to find a spot right next to the condo. Street is extremely quiet and felt very safe the entire trip. Peaceful location with all the amenities!

Absolutely lovely! Able to walk to restaurants, beaches, and marina. Short drive to the airport.

The most AMAZING place!

This unit is beautiful, clean and well kept, and in the best location possible; the complex is well maintained as well. There are views for days (Maalaea Bay, the turtles swimming right next to the property and popping their heads up or waving, amazing sunrises), so much so we didn't turn on the TV in our 8 day stay! The host was welcoming, reachable, and helpful. We will be back!!!

Beautiful condo and property

Very clean and spacious. Love this area in middle of the island. Not a crowded resort area but still walking distance to a couple of eating establishments and small stores. High temps were in low 80s and we never needed the a/c. Loved the breeze and the sound of the ocean with the windows open. Watched the whales and the turtles play from the lanai and the back lawn. Can’t come up with a single complaint. Everything was perfect.

Every surface has been freshly painted, and we’ve added a tri-zone A/C system for personalized comfort. New windows, sliders, and woven wood coverings ensure the perfect balance of light and privacy, with tinted glass to reduce glare. The kitchen boasts all-new stainless steel appliances, updated cabinets, and granite countertops, while the bathrooms feature modern fixtures and finishes.

To enhance your experience, we’ve removed the popcorn ceiling for a fresh, clean look, and the living spaces are furnished with carefully chosen pieces that reflect the island’s beauty and warmth.

Maalaea Kai is one of the nicest condo units on Hauoli Street. Breath taking sunrises facing the Haleakala Mountain. A quiet, tranquail and restful location with sugar cane fields behind us and the oceanfront out the lanai, are a perfect location to relax from the busy life styles of most individuals. This centrally located condo is within 10-20 minutes driving time to Kihei, Lahaina, Kaanapali, Wailuku, and Kahului.
