Loved this stay. The host was easy to communicate with, and really friendly. The location was great, and the host really laid out the red carpet for us. When I come back to visit my family, I will definitely stay here again.

Great place! Close to everything, Kenner, Metairie. 20 min to Downtown New Orleans.Next to the Levy that you can walk. Safe, quiet area. Near airport but never heard a plane! Our host was only a call or text away.

I did not stay at this property after discovering that the advertisement was misrepresented. This is not a townhome as listed, but rather a duplex at best, located in a rural area. The description was misleading and did not match what was advertised. Additionally, the host was not willing to refund the required rental fees or insurance despite the discrepancy. I had additional cost of renting a hotel room.

Hello I booked this home it was my 1st time ever doing this and my stay was awfully horrible... I arrived to the property and at first could not enter so I called the host no answer... Finally I figured out how to get in we got all of our stuff unloaded to hear the front door open up ! It was the host she says we're not supposed to be at the house she's having a problem with VRBO but I can give her 300 cash shell finish cleaning(didn't do good stuff all over floor and bathroom)we are in the property and shell refund everything but my insurance on the site( at this point we drove 6 hrs with 2 kids And a dog only to be hustled at the door) Mind the fact we were in town for a huge event every thing is booked and I have the dog so it was impossible to find another place to go. So I ended up agreeing gave her the cash..After finally getting settled I realized all the beds had dirty linens the washer/dryer was broken( had to go buy pillows blankets and sheets) the pull out bed in the room was broken the floor were broken and to top it all off we didn't even stay the last nite because we decided to grab a pizza on the way back since it was the last nite and we got out early -With in one hr there was roaches swarming the kitchen so we left rite then didn't even stay the last nite...My kids was devastated we didn't get to do the last day of our vacation.... Please avoid this host and property.... I just want to be honest and let every one no before hand and yall get delt what we did!

I was always told if you don't have anything nice to say don't say anything that's my thoughts on the host. First, the property is not described as advertised, it's definitely not a townhome, it's one level. It's 5 minutes from the airport but in the hood with a vacant lot on the side of the house that she instructs guest to park on and it's surrounded by fields and vacant lots across the street from the property.The front door appeared to have been previously damaged on the inside. There were opened items still in the refrigerator, the toilet wasn't flushed from the previous guests. The floors were unswept with crumbs on the floor, the vent was greasy and stained, the wall had scuffs and missing paint. One of the beds looked like someone had layed on it, the bathroom window was open with a hole in the screen. Also, there was a unlocked red door on the side of the house that from the inside is block by boxes that could easily access from the outside. I informed the host about the unsafe and filthy conditions SHE TEXT ME TO LEAVE THE PROPERTY. I wasn't staying anyway, then she had the nerve to contact VRBO and said I checked in early but I have time stamped receipts from Uber and video/texts of my interactions. Also, she stated she heard my conversation which is a invasion of privacy. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you're strapped for cash and have no where as to stay.

Book at your peril. Stayed here for one night out of the eight booked nights. This is a fraudulent listing and is misrepresented. The address given is 1710, the actual address is 1708, this is not a townhouse and is totally misrepresented in the description. This was not apparent until arrival. The host was not available to contact, we tried by email / phone and via the attached ring doorbell without any response. On arrival the beds looked like someone had been sleeping in one, the other was dishevelled as if a child had left it ten minutes before our arrival. The condition was poor in general, the coffee table had its own life form present, and to top it off, no wi-fi, no welcoming pack, no instructions and no interest from the host, there were rips in the furniture, the whole place was dirty and unwelcoming. As we arrived late, we had no choice but to stay on the first night. We refused to stay more than one night and opted to move on and find alternative accommodation. The first contact we had from the host was when we vacated the property. This is a fraudulent listing, it is not a charming townhouse, more a duplex in a property that requires serious upgrading to match the description and pictures on Expedia. The pictures are excellent but they do not represent the location, property, location and facilities. It is however, 'quite' close to the airport terminal (16 minutes by Uber) not 5 minutes. Book at your peril, unless you prefer to stay in a dump !!

The home was clean.Master bedroom doorknob is broken and wood is split so door not able to be closed. The walls in the master were scraped and scuffed The heating element in the dryer is not connected therefore the dryer was unavailable. The television also was not available.The parking was in front of the home.The WiFi information was not provided upon confirmed paid reservation.I’m not sure about the type of tenants the owner normally has but on my stay i was chastised about a possible visitor that i did not have. The woman in question was me seen on the camera and due to being micromanaged i would not dare even have anyone stop by much less overnight guest at this property. I followed the property rules and added the insurance per standard operation of the rental and any guests at alllllll being overnight to be listed on the request which was my 14 year old daughter.There was no check out directions provided either. Home in a good location .
