~ To ensure everyone`s safety and a smooth stay, the primary guest (the person who booked) will need to sign a waiver confirming responsibility and acknowledging important safety guidelines for using the water amenity. This waiver will be sent out after the booking is confirmed. If the primary guest prefers not to assume responsibility for the entire group, each guest will need to sign a separate waiver individually.
~ To ensure a smooth check-in, this requirement must be completed before your arrival. If you’re uncomfortable with it and decide to cancel, our standard cancellation policy will apply. We appreciate your understanding!

~ Please do not put the AC temp below 69 degrees as it may freeze up the pipes. This will cause the AC not to function well and may cause a leak in the drain pipes.
# Pet Rules
~ Service animals or Emotional support animals must be disclosed prior to your check-in or we’ll assume that you brought a pet and process an Airbnb claim.
~ Please do not leave your pets at the house without a crate.
~ Please pick up after your pets or we’ll have to charge and pay someone to do it after your stay with us.
# Pool/Spa Rules
~ No use of the amenity after 9pm as it creates noise during night time. We are avoiding any possible neighbor complaints as much as possible!
~ Not Pet/Service Animal/ESA swimming in the pool.
~ Guests are absolutely not allowed to touch the controls unless authorized.
~ Pool Heat/Jacuzzi turns itself off and on during quiet hours.
~ Kindly place the pool vacuum back in the pool when it`s not in use. This helps keep everything running smoothly, as guests may be responsible for repairs if the pump is affected.
# BBQ Grill Rules
~ Upon confirming this booking, the primary guest agrees to sign a waiver wherein rules in using the BBQ are explained.
~ Guests are required to clean the BBQ after use otherwise, a $150 grill cleaning fee will be charged.
