A/C nightmare
June 27 we're supposed to check in at 4 o'clock at 11:32. We received a message that there was a AC leak in one bedroom upstairs and that the humidifier and 3 fans will have to run constantly. We immediately called management company and asked if they had another place we could stay. They said they were completely booked. The A/C vendor stated the problem with the A/C started during the last guest visit. They intentionally did notify us about the issues until three hours before our arrival! The humidifier pipe was leaking into one of the sinks in the bathroom. On top of all air in the bedroom with leak never work. We notified the management coming at 10 am to let them about the additional A/C issues. We had two vendors just show up without alerting us. Also the railing on they stir are horrible. It was my husband birthday celebration. Ther only compensate 1. I want all of my money back. Also Saturday myself and the other were getting ready to go to dinner the vendor showed up, but left because we were all getting dressed for dinner. Had to contact the management group again because the vendor gor mad and left. Then told ua the Hvac vendor would comeback we would have to vacate the house until they finished. We stay gone 4 we were never notifiedwhen we could returned so we just came back to the same issue A/C not working. The management brought my husband balloons, card, and invalid gift card. They had the nerve to ask me to bring back to them a 30 minute drive.
