PRIVATE! 2 Miles To PF! Charming 4BR Farmhouse w/Hot Tub, PT, Fire Pit & VIEWS!

The Mountain Farmhouse is full of charm and whimsical farmhouse style! As you pull up to this magnificent property, you will notice the flat, paved and gravel parking areas and a flat entrance into the home.

Upon entering, you will see the details that you would expect in a true southern farmhouse! Curl up on one of the 2 comfy sofas in the living room as you watch your favorite movie on the large Smart TV or read a book by the gas fireplace (in season). Step over into the large dining area where you have 2 dining tables that will seat 6 people at each table.

This kitchen has the most charm, staying with the farmhouse theme. All new appliances await you to whip up a family feast or just a simple snack! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a Keurig coffee maker. There is a door off the kitchen that leads out onto the side deck, which gives you quick access to the grill and firepit area. We have a charcoal grill, so don't forget to pick up your charcoal and the steaks!

This main level also has a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

As you make your way up to the top floor, you have 2 bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The Master BR is on the left and it is very spacious! This room is complete with a King bed, electric fireplace, Smart TV and a large walk-in closet.

This bedroom has a shared full bathroom complete with a double vanity and tub/shower combo.

The 2nd BR has a comfy Queen bed, Smart TV and is quite spacious as well.

Making your way down to the bottom floor, you enter into the game room. This room is complete with a brand new pool table, nice sitting area with a gas fireplace (in season) and a large Smart TV. We have added a refrigerator, so you can have your favorite snacks and beverages handy while playing pool or watching a movie! There are 2 pub tables in this space that is perfect for the board games.

The 3rd BR is on this level and there are 2 sets of Queen over Queen bunks, sleeping a total of 8 people. These are great for the kiddos and even for the adults alike!

There is also a full bathroom on this level and the laundry room is here as well!

The 4th BR is in what we refer to as the "mother-in-law" suite, which is perfect for anyone who would like their own private space away from the main house. This "suite" has a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining spaces. The bedroom has an extra comfy Queen bed along with the full bathroom.

Looking for the outdoor fun? We have 2 fire pit areas complete with seating and picnic tables. We believe in relaxation, so, take a relaxing soak in the new hot tub or grab a cup of coffee or hot tea and relax on the back side of the house to soak in the serenity of the mountain views!
