We enjoyed our stay here and recommend if you are in the area! The owner Sam is very friendly, communicative, and hospitable. He went above and beyond to replace a broken ceiling fan prior to our arrival. The home is clean and was perfect for our family’s long weekend trip to Frisco.

The house itself was super roomy and cute! We loved it. However, we were disappointed with how dirty it was. The floor was not swept or mopped. We had babies who were crawling around and their knees and feet were black. Also there were squished skiddles and a half full juice bottle in the upstairs room. Other than that, the rooms were spacious and it was exactly what we were looking for!

We had our gender reveal party at this place, and the host was very supportive throughout. The house was clean and well maintained, making it comfortable for our stay. We especially loved the peaceful backyard environment, which was perfect for our celebration. Overall, we really liked the place and had a wonderful experience.

Our host was extremely friendly and he checked on us to make sure everything was going good. The backyard was my favorite space, wished we could have enjoyed it more, the weather was not good. The neighborhood was 10 minutes away from Conmerica convention center. There were lots of restaurants and shopping around. I didn't get to see the upstairs, the downstair master suit was very large and very comfortable and it was a plus to have a half bathroom downstairs. We will stay here again the next time we are in Frisco

Good stay

Overall good stay. Towels needed to be added to the second bathroom, the master room comforter was still in the dryer wet when we arrived. One of the sinks in the master bath was stopped up. Adding a fridge that can make ice or provide ice trays would be a huge add. The host was in constant communication even with having a new born at home.

Amazing Stay with Great Communication

This VRBO was perfect for our girls trip! The host was super easy to communicate with and always quick to respond, which made everything so simple. Check-in was smooth and all the instructions were clear. The house was super clean when we got there — everything felt really well taken care of. It was also really spacious, which worked great for our group. We had plenty of room to hang out and just relax together. The whole process was easy from start to finish, and the place had everything we needed. You can tell the host puts a lot of care into making sure guests feel at home. We had the best time and would totally stay here again!

Perfect!

Beautiful home with direct access to the park. The location was almost too good to be true! We stayed 5 nights and drove into Frisco at least twice daily. From this location traffic was never an issue. It never took more than 8 minutes to get to Toyota Stadium. Walmart, restaurants, and all of the other amenities we needed and wanted were less than 10 minutes away. We loved the layout of the home. My daughters played in the park, left treats for the rabbits who visited the back yard every day and my teen son enjoyed the basketball court adjacent to the back yard and the large park for playing soccer. I could watch them all from the shaded back patio! The neighborhood was quiet and clean. The host was very communicative and ensured we had everything we needed at all times. The kids are begging to stay again next time we are in Frisco!

Lots of pros and cons

PROS:Convenient location, quiet neighborhood, park accessNice size common living/gathering spaceNewly remodeled and refurnished (except paint on areas that clearly was missed)Large master suiteWell furnished back patio (although see cons)Would be super cute, with attention to the consCONS:Did not feel clean. Definitely was cleaned, but a lot was missed, affecting how clean it felt, such as dirty coffee in the pot, coffee grounds left in the coffeemaker, and crumbs in the microwave and freezer, along with used bar soap for the shower, dirty pantries, and peeling drywall in the bathroom.The front yard was unkempt and the sprinklers hit us on the way in, getting us and our luggage, wet. We slipped on mud from the open mulch bag laying in the yard. Although the back yard is furnished for hanging out, the lack of landscaping attention leaves the table and chairs partially sitting in mud, the patio was soaked and dirty from the sprinklers, and there was someone else’s trash left there.There were a few issues (repairs and supplies) we mentioned to the owner that will presumably be fixed.
